See I felt like compared to the last 3 months the depth of the characters do lack. I honestly didn’t understand characters motivations most of the movie. The strongest character in my opinion was Raka and he has the least amount of screen time. Something I feel like didn’t mention in my review was how the 3rd act saved the movie in my opinion. Visually this movie is stunning, the soundtrack was strong, and it sets up more movies. I would like to know, what did you like about the movie?
@@emptypopcornbucketproductions I agree! The movie looks great, especially the 3rd act, with the change from jungle to beach, and I found Proximus to be a great, fun villain. And I agree with what you said in the video; pacing is hoooorrible. It should've been: Half an hour of Noah's life Half an hour of adventure and stuff Half an hour with the bunker plot (or even a little more since I found that part to be the most interesting)
I personally don't like how flat every character feels.

@@juaneskator well if you’ve watched the original planet of the apes. There’s a few big references in the bunker which got me excited!
@@emptypopcornbucketproductions ok! That sounds interesting
the humans were the worst part of this movie
I agree, I felt like previous apes films had strong human characters. I really enjoyed the human characters in Dawn.
