This game was the turning point for the franchise, but I think you'll really enjoy it. It's certainly a lot different to the Resi's you're used to but the flavour is there. Can't wait to join you on this new chapter 👍

Admirable Lexonal that you're doing the OG RE games instead of the remakes. Shows that you are respectful of the roots from which the remakes were based upon. Nice touch too having your father do the intro for your trailer. It pays to have Wesker on your side and not as your foe. Although I haven't been watching when you've streamed I have been keeping up with your uploads. From RE 4 onward the franchise begins to get more and more away from survival horror and heads towards action horror imo. If you intend to do RE 5 and RE 6 be aware those are co-op games. You might have to go with the AI partner. Not sure how skilled your father is at gaming. Look forward to catching one of the streams for this game.

I bet the game felt like a breath of fresh air after Code Veronica. CV was convoluted, confusing, too damn long and at times boring. Certainly one of the lowest rated entries in the franchise.
But you're gonna have a blast with this one guys, it changed Resident Evil forever and it's regarded one of the best video games of all time.
