Great video Chris and Yenko Good to see you got the rake fixed up. Hope everything goes smoothly for the next couple of days while you chop grass. Have a good evening and Take Care
We did this to our old single rotor Deutz-Fahr rake when I was a kid, worked every single season for us after that, and it´s still in use today even after we quit farming about 9 years ago, so I do recommend doing this, it sure pays off! :)
We have never messed with chopping before. Here we don't Cut hay if it has had a frost in it. Dose that not hurt you with chopping, or is it the type of grass that you are chopping that having a frost doesn't bother it?
Your house dose it have any land with it. How far from farm and do you share with you brother? Progress, next time in hardware store read the sticker on new hammers, they have a safety warning on them, up here anyway. Good video, pat Yanko for me!
JFK, i didn't whine that much when i lost 2 toes on the right foot. 🤣 But seriously, don't hit yourself with an hammer! There is no stuck pins in fingers 😂.
What is in the orange bags on the wagon? I have noticed in you videos that the number of them change from video to video. Really enjoy seeing people working on the older iron! Good day Chris
Do any of you know how to adjust either the tine arms are the tines themselves so that all of the tines touch the ground? I bought a used rotary rake and three of the tines point straight out and don't do anything. Thanks in advance...
It REALLY REALLY hurts when you are on a 12' step ladder , and you run a tech screw through your thumb at the base of your thumbnail !!!!! Then you have to put the drill driver in reverse and BACK the FREAKING SCREW OUT , while the ladder is dancing across the room , GOOD TIMES BROTHER GOOD TIMES !!!!!

My DuffyAG hat comes today, let’s go! See you on the next one Chris!
Thanks Chris! I'm way behind and catching up. Hammers...., COVID.... it all sux.
In the UK we call your roller coaster the cam track. You have one in the grass header too. Most things with a pick up reel have one unless it's Krone.
Keep up the good work. If you need a hand, once you start the Bristol Aggie install, LMK
👍👍
Looking good Duffy.
Have you ever looked at a tall car Port for a outdoor shop I've seen them anchor it down with the big concrete blocks
laveuse à friction....friction washer in French...lol...keep grinding brother...

Feel the pain Chris, hammers always win against fingers

I appreciate you thinking you should be videoing the "assembly line" BUT it's crunch time again! Get it done.
Have a good day.

chris you do have a shop learn to pick up after every job from a expereinced father
I dont think he likes stuff clean 🤔
Sharing shop space is always hard especially when ever body does it differently. I think that is why he always talks about wanting a shop.
Double roll pins very smart man! Did you off set them?
Roll pin punches and starter punches are your friends.
It hurts when you hit your thumb. I know I have done it before. Hope it gets better soon. Good luck chopping this late.
Hit my finger putting a kill cable on my 2350 JD👆🏼

Took your advise and didn’t hit my hand with hammer 🔨 why didn’t you advise not to drill hand with a 1 inch hole saw ?-
Keep walking beams greased on that rake they will wear out fast and fall off!
