That’s the thing-makeup is there to even out and enhance your features! I wish more people would see this. Scars, melasma, acne, hyperpigmentation etc are perfectly normal and many people have these! Concealer is there to conceal the areas you’re not comfortable with, but just evening out your skin tone is all you need ☺️
Comparison really IS the thief of joy 👏👏👏 I think a large part of the recent emphasis on natural makeup has a lot to do with the changing of the beauty zeitgeist after the pandemic. Before the pandemic, we beat our faces with a lot of makeup and 10 eyeshadows per eye, along with dramatic thick winged liner (I’m exaggerating of course!). Natural makeup always looks great with the right products and techniques. Wish I had this guide when I was just starting out with makeup in high school!
@@kromatic3610 i agree! Don’t get me wrong I love a good full glam when the moment is right but I do feel like with the majority of women, a softer makeup application will actually be more flattering. Full glam makeup is a real skill and if done incorrectly it can be really unflattering and aging. But practice makes perfect and honestly each person knows their face the best :)
I love your videos! 🙌💄Also love the hand mirror, and pink makeup brush, do you have links for those? Also do you have a link for the under eye powder puff? Thank you for such amazing content and tutorials! 🤗🥰💖
I’ve bought so much makeup because I see how it looks on someone else then get disappointed when it doesn’t make me look “perfect”. Thanks so much for this video Im excited to recreate it🫶🏻💗
Looks lovely! Two questions, 1/ did I just miss it or you don't use any setting powder (except for under eyes)? and 2/ nothing on your eyelids before eye shadows? Thank you!
Hi amanda as usual it's a wonderful video....Nowadays makeup style is making many of us look older than we are....but we are supposed to look younger !!!! So plz do a video on the topic
@@Anonymous-k1n thank you! Would love to do a youthful makeup tutorial :) this is a great idea! Any part of the makeup in particular you feel like would be best to focus on? Eyes, skin, etc?

Thank you Amanda for a very good easy to follow along video. Just like you showed I always wait quite a while before setting my concealer ( if I set it ). That gives the concealer time to melt into my skin, I then tap over the area with a damp sponge to remove potential excess product. Could you do a video on a summer eye look for special occasions? Wishing you a great weekend☀️! 💕
Thank you so much I am so happy you liked it! :) That is a great idea. Maybe like a summer wedding guest makeup look?! Let me know if you would be into that :)
As a pale girlie with light eyelashes tightlining makes THE biggest difference. My makeup never looks really complete or as good without tightlining the upper lash line in my opinion. If i had darker or more pigmented eyelashes maybe i wouldn’t need to but for paler gals this really changes the game i think.

I think “ugly vs pretty” is a little too much as a thumbnail. Both are beautiful and I feel many people would like both. So to say that the one with more blush and makeup in general is “ugly” could be quite offensive to many. That said I think the second one suited you more as an everyday look. But the first would be more of a going out of a night makeup 🤷♀️

What brush are you using for the concealer please?
Rephr has a similar brush or maybe it’s even the same. It was part of their concept store.

For me, less is definitely more. I need some makeup, but it has to look natural.

Ridiculous using the word ugly to describe the left side look.
Do have a brow tutorial on your channel?
@@LoveKisses365 not yet! I filmed one once and the audio didn’t work :( I haven’t filmed another one since :(
Well, this is very, very far from ugly 😂
