All those people who can afford to buy luxury will still take a flight to Dubai and purchase it from there as they will be saving a whole lot of tax than here and also could include their return tickets and it will be still lesser than buying it from here and when buying luxury even the location from where the product was bought matters to these people so Mumbai would still be lower in the pecking order

These type of malls don’t have any value in India where 80Cr people depends upon subsidised rice & per capita income is less than Bangladesh..Reliance can open such type of malls but it won’t be able to meet its monthly electricity bills from its own sales.India needs foreign tourists to run these type of malls..but we’re 0(zero) in getting good chunk of foreign tourists and foreign exchanges..I’m sorry to say that it will be a big flop…We need to accept our weaknesses…Anyway, all the best to team reliance.
