As a former cashier at a grocery store, I can tell you, I've seen more absolutely monstrous bananas. Bananas so big that if you froze it, you could beat somebody to death with it. Trust me. Your banana is not too big.

Helpful tip: open the banana from the end, not the stem. It’s WAY easier to open the banana. Just pinch the end, it splits & you discard that weird end thing.
Yeah, if you watch monkeys that's how they do it. It is in fact much easier! That weird end bit tastes like satans butthole though, so definitely discard that!
