Great stuff. I’ll be using that trick with the grease zerks.

Good work! I like to run a 3/4" ball hone through the tubes to polish the inside a bit. I added zerks to the last suspension I did.

Love the idea of adding grease zerks!

Great job of the rebuild suspension I have been a big John Deere fan for years I had 4 of them myself. The shock is a Comet shock I've had two of them on machines a good shock I also have paperwork how to rebuild them. I can try to get it to you.

That’s awesome, I didn’t know Comet made shocks! I would definitely appreciate any info you could pass along. My email is johnnypopper49@gmail.com if you wanted to send some copies

I'm sort of surprised your front springs wrapped around those Polaris plastic rollers. When I've used those, I've had to turn down that area where the spring rides.

They were definitely a little tighter than the Deere ones were, but still fit nicely in there

Do you think the added coil over made the rear arm bend? from the extra force from the coil that the arm wasn't design to handle? Great video!

Now that I’ve ridden it around, yes probably. It gets way too stiff once the suspension comes down to get into the coil over. I’m going to be taking the spring off of it and hopefully that helps
