Thanks for a very clear description. I didn't catch where we configure the computer's IP address. The Zing manual mentions it but the steps are not very clear. (I just wish the USB installation worked as easy as it does on all my diode lasers :)
Hi Stephen, Thank you for watching & any feedback! You'll Fast Forward to 1:19 on this video to troubleshoot/setup the IP Address on the Computer. That's Control Panel | Network & Sharing Center | Ethernet "Local Area Connection / Change Adapters. IPV4 in the PROPERTIES dialog and that will show the IP ADDRESS for the PC"s network part, being used.

When I get to the step where you go to open EpilogWinALL after clicking Have Disk, my computer doesn't seem to be able to actually open it. Do you know why this might be and what i can do to fix this?

Can you help me? I have an Epilogue. When I send the file from Illustrator and press settings to get to Epilog's program to set cut settings, I don't see the whole window. Got a new computer with Window 11. Guess it's a setting but I can't find the right one.
