Thanks for breaking it down! Don’t knock the basic stuff, beginners like me have to start somewhere. :D
Jeremiah Rivera thanks for the feedback ! I’ll make sure to cover even longer the basic stuff too in the next episodes for sure 🙏
Ditto! I started longboarding literally last week. So excited for this series :)
MERCI MERCI MERCIIIIII!!! You're a great teacher and amazing longboarder!!! It would be great for us beginners to have a beginners' series/intro to longboard dancing too :D
A beginner series will be amazing. 😊
I love your style! Thank you for the break down. I live in Chicago in the US, and there's not a big longboard community here to learn from so your videos are so helpful!
You’re longboard dancing is so satisfying I hope I can dance like that one day
So how’d it go?
@@helloworld1272 pretty well ive evolved drastically: i can do 180 steps, peter pans, sidewinders, backside peter pans, shuvits, no comply 180’s, tigerclaw, shuvit 540, and a few others. It really gets more fun everytime you learn something new!
@@astrosheepy3906 that sounds so cool!
It's awesome to learn more about transitions cause they are not normally emphasized. Is like a whole aspect really important for longboard dancing.
Love the slow mo and detailed explanation keep it up
I've been watching your videos today for first time and your channel is great, new subscriber over here ^-^
Btw It'd be super cool if you do videos in français with english subtitles too! hahaha (a little out of context but it would be awesome haha)
Finaly you did something like this ❤️
Nice video series can't wait for more
Without a doubt Lotfi, you are the best longboard dancer in existence!
This series is so helpful! And I also want you to dive into some more basic dancing tips like your smooth&perfect carving
can you make a video about your background? Did you make street skateboarding before? How did you start? How much time and practice? etc? That would be super inspiring! Thank you for sharing this information!
It helps a lot hearing your thought process while doing the dance line, this video series will be awesome!
Please keep this serie up😊😊😊😊
Ayyy been wanting to learn some dancing, great timing thank you!!
Yesssssss thank you so much Mr. Lofti for doing these. I am so exited for future episodes!
Those tips are amazing! Never thought about the transitions at all, It makes a lot of sense!! Will ad those in my lines for sure!

Je kiff le concept !! Fais autant que tu peux !! 🤣🤣
It's definitely soo cool
Thank you for sharing your skill!
Brill breakdown, I've just started and this is perfect, I come from a snowboarding background, ground tricks and buttering.
So this is perfect for me.
These videos are amazing! It really does help understand what little things I can do to improve. Thanks again!

Sei FORTE zio!!! 🔗🔗🔗🌋🔜🔜🔜
It really shows that even pros do improvise when they dance! This is the first video that I watch from DEEP DIVE, so I'd like to suggest that it would be even better if you recommend on how to find your own style of dancing. Thanks Lofti.
Franchement ça m’a vraiment aidee merci beaucoup apres el confinement je vais essayer tes conseiles
gotta learn from the goat!
Dude, you've inspired me.
Hey Lotfi, AMAZING video! I keep watching and enjoy every time you upload a new one! I have a question, i got the change to buy one of the two Loaded longboards: Tarab or Bhangra V2.
I saw you made a video with Loaded about their new Bhangra V2 board, but in your videos it doesn't seems you switched to the new one. I would really like to hear your opinion about the two, and which one you prefer and why. I'm about 75kg~ and looking for a board which i can cruise, dance and do tricks with it. Also would like to hear your opinion about the wheels/flex which you prefer.
Lol this is a lot to cover and i'm not expecting you'll answer all, but still i love you and your videos man. KEEP IT UP!
I subbed at the perfect time!
Super 👍😅
This is great 👌
wow wow
Very well explained, thank u really much. U are damn good rider bro🌞😎😋
This is how i start.....😍
Thank you for the breakdown. It was very helpful. I've been trying to do an areoflip for a few weeks now. Do you have any tips?
You ROCKKKKKKKKKK 🐱🏍
Nice one! Thanks :)
Feeling how fuckin' heavy my bhangra v2 is, it absolutely blows my mind how easily you can make these things defy gravity, lmao
Awesome channel man!
i finally got my new longborad, but it so hard to USE this thing,so i just learn how to correctly use this thing, like circle around and just go to any where i want,so this video really help me :3
btw thx
Glad it helped 🙏💙
@@Lotfiwoodwalker :)
You are so amazing
You are my inspiration! I recently got a Tarab myself in order to learn dancing after years of carving. But I struggle to understand one crucial point: how tight should i make my bushings? I am used to pretty loose setup from the years of carving, but when I learn basic tricks like Peter Pen or Cross step, my board leans to the side so steeply that I fail to maintain balance. Is there a word of advice from you maybe? Sincerely hope that you can answer my question. Thank you Lotfi!
Brain : yes i can
Leg : no you cant
the 1000th like is mine!
Great vid lotfi!! One suggestion is to do less jumping back and forth frame by frame. I found it hard to follow and it made me a little dizzy. Otherwise the slow motion is super helpful!
Thanks a lot. Could you make a video for tricks on a drop board without tail or nose as well?
Nice video! What do you recommend for not distroying your tail and nose?
Top merci
Really cool viedeo!! Loved it! Next time, could you do a video about how to start longboard dacing? Like where to start and how to practice and progress. Thanks!
Hi ! thanks for this feedback, check out my other series called "Longboard talk" where I explain the basics
I’ve seen them and think there’re very good for beginners. What I meant is videos for people that already know how to longboard but want to start longboard dancing. Like what are the first steps you should learn and what is the best way to practice
I'm watching this even though I don't have a longboard
eu te amo!
Omg yes
Big up lotfi. Is this Rabat airport?
Grazie
Woohoooo!
Can you do a vid on what longboard to get for dancing and stuff like that
I have been watching your 101 tutorial, longing for the Carving then you started the Dancing already 😅. Can you do the Carving s’il vous plait?
Hello , i wana start longboard dancing after watching ur video i love it a lot... even i wana start it.. can u help me out to select the best board i m from india..
What would be the best longbored to use when dancing and freestyle
Cool it’s like watching the breakdown of a dancer’s choreography except that it’s not choreographed. It’s spontaneous.
👍👍👍
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
You forgot to say that when you press on the nose that you are also tilting your board sideways to start that off axis rotation, I think, before you push off the nose with your left foot?
👍🏻
beginner's question: if popping the board is a downward motion, how would the board turn? do you turn it after it have been popped up?
I rlly want to pop these kind of tricks but my board is 7.5lbs. I’m a beginner and it’s rlly heavy for me. Is it still possible for me to do tricks like this??
I'm super new, but what is the difference between a "trick" and a "transition"? It seems there's a specific difference. Thanks!
Hi Matthew ! well mainly you use a transition to get from a trick to another and form a combo. you need to see it from that angle :)
You're boarding is very fast. How did you practice to make a speed??
When can I ride so well? 😭
Don't stop,
Do more lessons
I definitely will 🙏🏼
was nice man ? when you'll be back to china ?
Really explaining the basis of the basics would be appreciated ... but maybe beginners and newbies arent the targeted audience here
impossible i’m giving up wtf
