@@SagarGaikwadTech this problem has been sovled. but another problem come up with ( the ip address of the device should be in the LAN ) in SADPTOOL . i check the ip address. ip address: 192.168.0.9 (DHCP) gateway : 192.168.0.1 but ipv6 address: fe80::5a03:fbff:fec5:7d4d and IPV6 gateway:fe80::be30:d9ff:fee3:5117 i can not see anything wrong and SADP dont let me Unbind. can you help?
don't do such a difficult method.... just attach back side dvr label photo to email and write "unbound my dvr from cloud account " in subject and send email to support@pramahikvision.com they will reply u with your dvr is unbound from account within 1hr this will work for you

When i try to unbind my nvr, it says incorrect parameters
it should work i will upload new video on Unbind topic with latest method ,but you have to wait for it.try to contact hikvision customer care
