    ✅Dry Marination Masale
    -Mota Namak
    -Dalchini
    -Shah Zeera
    -Elaichi
    -Long
    -Haldi
    -Lal Mirch
    -Hari Mirchi Paste
    -Adrak Lasson Paste
    -Kacci Pyaaz
    -Pudina
    -Kotmir
    ✅ Drop it on mutton and mix it well.
    ✅Wet Marination
    -Brista ( Tali hui Pyaaz )
    -Dahi ( Khatta )
    -Neembu
    -Ghee and Oil
    -Khowa/Cream/Malai ( either of the three )
    -Zafran mixed in water or milk
    ✅Mix it well and leave it for 2-3 Hours
    ✅Create Adhan ( water for cooking rice )
    -Wash Basmati Chawal
    -Elaichi
    -Dalchini
    -Long
    -Shahzeera
    -Oil
    -Neembu
    -Wait till the water is boiling
    ✅Put Rice in the boiling water ( ADHAN ) and cook rice in three layers.
    ✅Layer the rice differently
    ✅Pour a mix of OIL ,Hot Stew Water from Adhan, Milk, Cool Water and spread it evenly.
    ✅Pour Zafran Water for coloring
    ✅Use "AATA" to make a clay and close it for DUM ka Pakwaan, leave some space to know the moisture is dried.
    ✅Cooking time Approximately, 90-120 Minutes
    -10-20 mins on high flame
    -Rest is on slow flame
