पूनम जी नमस्कार Sharla अकेले जालन्धर में नही बनते अमृतसर फिरोजपुर फाजिल्का में हर गली मुहल्ले में रेड्डी पर मिलते है सर्दियो में खाते है। आप ने सभी मसाले पीसे हुए डाले है Sharla में साबुत धनिया और साबुत जीरा पड़ता है। जो मूली के पत्तो की चटनी बनाई है वो छोटे छोटे मूली के पत्तों की चटनी बनाई जाती है। मैनें इसलिए कहा है आप पूछती है इसलिए मैंने बताया है और मैं पंजाब से हूँ। ये ज्यादातर बार्डर के इलाकों की Recipe है।
