Jade Verhoeven I’m more of a digital gamer - I prefer to have my games with me wherever I go and for me, it can be a hassle to switch out the game cards. That being said though, I do have physical copies of SMO, BOTW and SSBU. EDIT: that pun was not intended.

Your pondering of the limits of that Mario Kart Home Circuit thing has me pondering something of my own. I don't know how common this is, but my childhood home had all the rooms of the first floor connected in a ring by doors. If someone has a house like that, could the entire first floor be used for a track? I also realized something from hearing you talk about the limits. Since a remote controlled toy car is an integral part of the game, people can re-embrace their childhood, doing things like building an overpass out of blocks and a slanted book. Just make sure it's built high enough to be driven under as well.
I wanna set up the Mario kart track going around all of my video game consoles like Gamecube, Wii, SNES , N64, and switch and have them all playing Mario kart while the other Mario kart is playing.

I'm gonna be the debbie downer, but the 3D remasters disappointed me. I'm still happy for those that haven't experienced at least one of those games before and can get them in a neat package. However, the mere upscaling and widescreen capability (some UI assets are redone like 64 too) isn't enough to get me to buy this collection, and I'm a huge Mario fan. If 64 was remade, you'd have sold me. If any had actual new content, you probably would've sold me. However, I still have the 3 original games, and I don't really want to pay $60 just to have them together looking a little better.

after some e shop investigation, 3d world deluxe is compatible with amiibo (meaning 3d world amiibo may be on the horizon) however 3d all stars is not. the galaxy portion of 3d all stars can make us if the touchscreen, so to grab star bits in handheld mode you may be able to just swipe your finger. to do it with controllers detached, youll likely just use the IR sensor in the joy con. it also says that sunshine and galaxy will use linear pcm, which will likely be used in sunshine to emulate the gamecubes analog triggers. im not completely sure what its use would be in galaxy, the wii remote and nunchuck didnt have any analog inputs if i remember correctly

I didnt fully expect them to remake every game, but i expected them to at least touch up sunshine and redo the some of the models in 64. Instead, they couldn't even be bothered to make 64 in widescreen.

Soooo for £60 I'd be getting something that I can emulate and upscale, for free, on my phone, laptop or tablet? Or I could get a cheap Wii with Sunshine and Galaxy 1 & 2, then use software on my laptop to load in the VC edition of Super Mario 64, for less than £60 and an extra game?

I didnt fully expect them to remake every game, but i expected them to at least touch up sunshine and redo the some of the models in 64. Instead, they couldn't even be bothered to make 64 in widescreen.

For the extra part to super 3d world deluxe, I predict bowser used the power of that huge bell like he did with the tanooki tree 9 years ago, and now he’ll probably be as powerful as a lion in a dream team kind of fashion with the hair and the eyes
You already know super Mario 3D all stars is gonna be a hit on the switch due to the fact that most people haven’t played those games

I think bowser's fury is an open world thing instead of more stages because you can see moving grids at the top at the start and seeing how big the world is
