That's awesome, you're India famous 😃 I had no idea there were so many Indians visiting Latvia these days. Looked delicious, and fun! Viesturs is a very traditional name, after the medieval historical figure, King Viesturs of ancient Semigallia
Hi Maruta, Sorry for the delayed response.. I have been travelling a lot to try and get some footage to try and take the channel to the next level, and consequently missed this message. There are many Indians now in Latvia, many students as the government is issuing a lot of student visas. When are you coming over??? Practicing my Latvian, will give you an audio update soon on Instagram!!! I think you will be impressed😉
Justin - Great video! Love your channel! Looks like a very cool area! I’m impressed by your Mastery of languages, but would have loved to have seen you respond in the Local language, when the gentleman from Azerbaijan (Ismaiel) tried to engage with you in Latvian, as well as when you met Viesturs and Kristaps ar the end. You’ve been living in Latvia for a while now…I’d love to see you engage a bit with the locals in the National language of the country, Latvian. Thanks for sharing this fun evening!
Really good video, Justin. Riga's clearly got an awesome vibe going on, and Tallinas Kvartals is super cool. Also, loving your longer format - really suits your style. Great stuff!
Great vid again. But Justin, honestly.... 34:00 is typical english/westeuropean. You should invite your quests to eat. The great food is on the table. Look how they look around and are confused. Me born in Gdansk would never start to eat without inviting my neighbours to start to eat and enjoy.
The unexpected kind of fun is the best. Meeting new people, making new friends, finding the new favourite place to eat and hang out.. My home in Riga is in that area actually. This “quarter”didn’t exist when I used to live there. It looks quite interesting. The vibe of this video was so positive. And looks like you’re going to become famous in Latvia among all nationalities soon 😀.
Too bad i missed the Tallinas kvartals when I was in Riga this summer. I hope the people down there are doing alright after all these massive price increases lately.
New subscriber here, enjoying the videos, I would like to travel to places like Riga, Warsaw, Belgrade and others but my friends wouldn’t be interested. Maybe I should go solo like you do💪
Hey Justin are you relate to any indian ancestors ? Cuz You exactly look like my big brother(not own) here in Calcutta, India except he's brown. Even your attitude and smiley behavior to people match with him. Mad respect to you
Yes I love your videos I’m from UK in the midlands , I’d like to meet you in Riga if you fancy another subscriber and going for a drink and adventures 🤣? 1st to 13th November I can be in Riga to find a nice curry and a wife
@1:33 Bilal and Nadia, they are pakistanis not Indian. Muslim countries around India always use Indian names for their restaurant abroad as for example a 'pakistani restaurant' won't work for obvious reasons.
Hello James, Thank you so much for your support. I have been travelling and reading your comments and I really appreciate it. Will answer them as soon as I get a minute. All the best mate 👌
