Elden Beast won because he didn't take any damage from Nihil, and Morgott missed with the last blow. If Morgott had hit, he would have won. Malenia also.

He actually plays a LOT better if you don't use any summons and just fight him in melee. I tought he was a pushover untill I fought him with only melee and he was AMAZING.
They nerfed him so hard, mostly because he’s in the middle of the game and mandatory I assume. It would’ve turned off way too many players if he was at his proper strength. Canonically he could’ve taken most of these bosses solo.
The way Morgott dodged rennala's sorcery attacks was so awesome. Finally , the undefeated Lansseax and Laser Golem went down. The Elden Beast fight was so suspenseful till the end. It was like Malenia and Mohg were saying " this is between you and me", let's just ignore the other guy !

Indeed, Godfrey usually wins with grabs, but it's not that Godfrey is strong. The Mohg artificial intelligence is designed in such a way that it does not attack first, but usually waits until the enemy starts attacking. This makes him a more difficult opponent for players, because when you start using the skill, you can't defend yourself, but when he waits for another boss to attack, he ends up taking a lot of damage, which already changes the whole course of the battle.
The damage for nihil seems wrong. It deleted an entire third of Malekith's health in one hit, and probably would have been more if he had more hp left. (Actually now I've been told it's working as intended, which is actually worse)
As far as I know, bleed inflicted by Bloodboon Ritual does *significantly* more damage than regular bleed (about 3x I think), either because it's triggering multiple times at once with each nihil, or because its damage is just *innately higher* than regular bleed. Either way, it's percentage-based, and base bleed does 10.5% HP damage to bosses, so the damage dealt to Maliketh there does actually make sense. Bloodboon Ritual is a lot like Malenia's Scarlet Aeonia in this kind of case; avoid it somehow (I don't know how some of the bosses are avoiding it; it might have limited vertical range?) or suffer greatly. Or just be immune to bleed, that works too.

That's how it should be. Maliketh has very little health, and Nihil takes as much as 10,000.

Mohg is a strong boss but without help from his brother he wouldn’t be able to defeat Maliketh, Godfrey (with grabs), Malenia and Fire Giant.
I know he didn’t beat Malenia but he almost did (if the second nihil worked) and he wouldn’t be that close in 1 vs 1 or maybe he would but there’s no way he defeated her on his own.
@@Toot7.He's already beaten Godfrey, Maliketh and Giant. There were also several fights with Malenia, where Mohg won.
@@ibrahimsultanov7355 Maliketh always kills him before the “nihil” and Godfrey can cancel it by grabbing him. As for Malenia he can defeat her either if she is nerfed or if he has some buffs.

Bruh where is placidusax hitting? There is seriously something wrong with his model. Half of the time, he doesnt hit anything. Quite a waste of probably the most well designed character gameplay.
