Solution :- Go to app info in settings - there will an app without name and icon - uninstall it.

I found that app in 'app management' it was having no name and picture on it and I uninstalled it. Now there are no full screen ads appearing on my mobile

Main pop up ads se bahut pareshan ho gya tha lekin finally mujhe u app mil gya uska koi name aur icon nhi tha, maine sari permission aur notification setting off kr ke us app ko uninstall kr diya, aur ab mere phone me koi pop up add nhi aata.

After that i got my first ever call(Some bihari bhaiya) about rewards i got in phone pay/gpay. I thought its from the adware. Thanks for guiding me to find it
