I could just watch the two of them sit on a stage and talk and sing and make jokes and discuss movies and whatever for hours and hours and hours. Also, you could feel the genuine fear creep into Dustin at the start when Bobbie thought they’re supposed to be lousy singers but THEY thought ‘We sound good!’ Fortunately everyone bounced back; Beatty with “Dick Tracy” and Hoffman with “Rain Man.” Writer/director Elaine May also did well, with scripts for “The Birdcage” and “Primary Colors,” as well as an on-camera role in the film “Small Time Crooks.”

They're terrific together! I don't get why people think that Ishtar is the worst comedy ever, it was so hilarious! What a shame an album wasn't released...
It has a BIG cult following as it's actually very funny. People expected them all to be playing cool guys all the time, they probably loved playing idiots...
