Narrated Ibn Mas`ud:
“I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, “There is no envy except in two: a person who God has given wealth and he spends it in the right way, and a person whom Allah has given wisdom (ie religious knowledge) and he gives His decisions accordingly and teaches it to the others. "

Why not ask Him to give you His guidance??
Man only learns from difficulty
You have to do your part too, you have to put in the actual effort not just wait for something to happen. Do those things that will help you get closer to Allah azzwajal. Pray salaah and do dua for guidance. Allah will guide those who help themselves too
