Why didn't you take him to a vet and get him checked out???? Giving him some crap sausage is not good for him. Get some DOG FOOD or COOK SOME CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES AND A LITTLE RICE INSTEAD. THE MOUNTAIN OF COTTON THAT HE WAS EATING WOULD CLOGG HIS BOWELS AND PROBABLY KILL HIM. PUTTING HIM ON YOUR CAR'S ROOF WAS ANOTHER CARELESS IDEA. PUPPY IS CUTE, YOU NEED TO GET IT RIGHT BEFORE YOU MAKE A BIG MISTAKE,!!!!!
