I have heard that thuja can help the hair maintain its natural colour, fruit diet as many high fat foods block hair growth (there's plenty fats in fruit read 80/10/10), sunlight, magnets (experimenting now with the bai hui point & between the eyes for destress), earth compress/bath, end shower with cold! the hair is extension of nervous system so a balanced lifestyle will help & also to accept yourself as you are :)
No expensive products are needed to grow hair. I can't speak for people who might have underlying health issues that are causing hair loss but for most of us it is stress causing this thinning hair. If your hair is thinning due to stress: 1. Make sure you eat a healthy diet with lots of vegetables and fruits and no processed food. 2. Work on using stress relaxation every day such as meditation, Tai Chi, Yoga, or FeldenKrais. 3. Rub a small amount of pure caster oil into your scalp every night. (You can wash it out in the morning if it made your hair greasy.) As a woman who went through a very stressful divorce years ago, I know what I'm talking about. My hair is now mid-thigh length so I'm proof this works.
Wow mid-thigh length!! That's impressive!! Thank you so much for sharing your experience and valuable advice which I totally agree. Sorry you had the stressful event (which I hope made you stronger).

Do you have an update for this castor oil treatment for hair fall?
Well, could we have an update after you have tried castor oil with the essential oils? Did it work for you? Thanks for this, Anne
Hi Yasuko. I will try the oil on my hair.
Thanks
You are awesome❣️❣️❣️❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
Do you apply these oils or use these oils after derma rolling?
I was last year but since I stopped derma rolling I stopped oil too. Right now just oils but you can combine the two.
I have read that minoxidil can damage the right ventricle of your heart
Do you do this massage on scalp every night.?
Increase the sound please
MUST WE TRY DOING 1XWEEK?
I would say at least once a week. I'm doing this every other day so at least 3 times a week.
I have that castor oil 😁
Have you tried Minoxidil yourself, with success?
No. I don't like drugs in general.
💕💕👌👌
