If I’m seeing correctly, what’s the purpose of the 2 doors by the kitchen/dining, I didn’t see a sizable balcony to stand on. A window would be sufficient.
It's very common, but it gives the appearance of a balcony in a place where it might not be suitable. Its an architectural feature, it also allows more natural light in vs a window.
