Wind blown shore vs leeward. Look at what the wind has been doing previous days. Blowing same direction multiple days bait is more likely to be pushed vs the wind changing direction, the bait will be more widespread. Blowing one direction for days then changes. Bait will be on the leeward.

Wind does not blow the bait. Wind blows the zooplankton and the bait follows it same as fish follow the bait.

Really enjoyed this podcast, lots of good info. A question some friends and I always debate over is the color of popping cork. Do y’all see any difference or prefer one over another?

As far as the fish are concerned, I don’t think it matters. Reds hit all color corks. I use “Four Horsemen” pink, green, or yellow, and they work amazingly well. Any color.

I tried to fish today around Eglin AFB and I used the Alabama leprechaun, slam shady, and the Fred lures getting no bites. Totally skunked!!! Plus I also had to deal with 1-2' waves Inshore now I'm very frustrated. Please help
