This is the most well explaining yet informative and detailed youtube channel i have yet watched. Thank you for making these videos - you are helping so many people learning about this stuff!
as always a great explanation! I wonder why in your video on the eukaryotic cell you did not mention the ribosomes. I´m trying to make sense of the different pieces of the puzzle and put them all together ...
hi Dr. Mike. I trust you're doing well. your videos have been and is continuing to be of tremendous help to me. trust me; I'M A BIIIIIIGGG FAN OF YOURS. please i want to ask; at 12:35, you changed a nucleotide from C to A. Please may I know why you didn't change the corresponding template to T since A and T goes together? and also at 8:55, i didn't quite understand what you explained and how it got to be UAC... THANK YOU Dr.
Thank you thank you thank you! if only other lecturers had the same passion and lust for sharing information that you have! perhaps they will stop reading their powepoint slides like zombies! :D
Very good explanation. Your mutation description has an error though. The bottom nucleotide should have changed to T not A, but I still got what you were going for. 😉
Hi there. I loved this but I wanted to let you know I think you may have put an A on the bottom strand of DNA when you meant a T. I could be wrong but wanted to see if I was. Thank you Dr. Mike! Love your lectures! :)
Near the end of the video when you changed a G in the top strand to an A, shouldn't the bottom strand have been changed to a T & not another A? 🤔 Confused Clare in Cornwall, UK
Cancer happens either due to genetic reasons or because of an exposure that causes cells to mutate somehow. Cancer basically means some cells have reached a state where they proliferate exponentially without boundaries. The accumulation of continuously dividing cells is what a tumor is.

So if the nucleotides keep changing, that the amino acid sequences are changing that the proteins are fault, that how cancer comes from?
