Bublik was right about that serve distance, but as much as I dislike Rune it was clear he wasn't trying to distract Bublik. The courts are squeaky and when he is trying to get his feet moving to be ready for a quick reaction they squeak. You could see in the next to receives he tries to not move his feet and doesn't get anywhere near the serve.
paire's sportsmanship is non-existent.
Yeah, I guess he can get an unsportsmanlike conduct warning by default, just for showing up. :)

Agreed - it's one thing to ask for a line umpire to be swapped, but harassing/intimidating her (7:09) could be a default IMO since it very likely is meant to influence her calls. A warning for unsportsmanlike conduct, as was given, is only the bare minimum.

Yep. He is often out of line, and from what I can tell always an idiot, but this was bordering on suspension level. What a man-child.

Kyrgios’ career is over in singles. No focus no serious commitment. He’s proven to the world talent without hard work is useless. His outbursts would be the only legacy he’d leave behind
Kyrgios says he likes to speak his mind but if other do and speak against him, then he hates it. If I were Pavic, I wouldn't have shaken hands with him. I think he clearly deserves to be punished.
If he was threatened with a fight what's the problem with speaking out? And notice how the other two guys never actually addressed the situation, they only cursed him out and called him a clown, seems like Nick was right

Bublick is right though. Fed wasn't allowed the challenge at the USO just because he stared at the line for a second extra. It may not mean much but a late challenge can totally disrupt a player's rhythm.

Cmon, I appreciate the work you do, but why did you only show that Kyrgios hit the ball at Pavic, when prior to that he def went for Nick as well? That's how unjust narratives are build and that is how players, who are clearly in the wrong at first( threatening opponents after a loss, calling them "idiot" or "clown"), get made to look like the good guys, when they are in the wrong as well
I think I know which point you're talking about. I think that Pavić was at the net doing an overhead smash and Kyrgios was at a far distance from Pavić, all the way at the baseline. Pavić hit a smash towards Kyrgios, the ball bounced before it hit Kyrgios' racket. From what I observed, I think Pavić just hit a smash without malice which just happened to go into Kyrgios' direction. Correct me if I'm wrong, was that the point you're talking about?
With the smash that Kyrgios hit towards Pavić, both players were at a close distance between each other at the net, and it looked like Kyrgios was aiming really hard at such a close range towards Pavić's mid-body chest area, and he had to duck.
In all honesty, I wasn't trying to create a Narrative of a "good guy" and "bad guy." In fact, prior to this match, Kyrgios did not insult neither Pavić or Mektić. It was Pavić who called Kyrgios a "clown."

Either way, sorry If I came off a bit hostile in the comment, just a bit tired of some tennis fans being so negative towards the supposed "bad guys" for all the little things and never giving them the benefit of the doubt
