Because Rockstar actually interviewed many people in the Underworld and Government on what would truly goes on. Hence, they depict the IAA and FIB fighting each other for funds. This was the best GTA game ever. Niko was a well developed character (his back story of being a war veteran is relatable), I love how some of the missions gave you the option to spare certain people. My favorite mission on this game was the bank heist; people think it's tedious and time consuming (and it is because it's an endurance), but it's still a fun one to play

Killing Dwayne: All Playboy X does is give Niko a whole lot of money and wants nothing to do with him ever again. Killing Playboy X: You get Claude’s outfit, a new safe house, Dwayne as a friend, and most importantly, he gives you respect and the ability to call him for backup goons to assist you in combat. Also for you to know: Playboy X stole everything from Dwayne while he was imprisoned, and he uses you. Killing Francis: Derrick gives Niko nothing in return and apart from the Undertaker mission, you never see or hear from Derrick again. (Note that doing enough activities with Patrick should be enough to gain his respect) Killing Derrick: Francis not only gives Niko a whole lot of money but he also agrees to clear Niko’s wanted level. Also for you to know: Derrick blackmailed Francis first. Francis also ordered people for Niko to kill because they were threatening to put his career at stake and also ordered him to kill two gangsters who were really a threat to society. Derrick falls under both categories. Francis also really didn’t want Niko to do it but knew he and Niko were left with no other choice. Plus, Derrick also uses Niko akin to Playboy X. Deal ending: Niko decides to continue being a puppet of Dimitri Rascalov and Jimmy Pegorino after Dimitri clearly was proven not to be trusted and Jimmy had obviously betrayed Niko for setting him up to this, despite the fact that Niko and Dimitri had a bad history. Roman also dies and you no longer have him around as a friend so it bites Niko in the ass in the long run. I don't have time, energy, and patience to play, so I watch these playthrough videos, and I find it quite satisfying. I've never thought it would happen to me when I was 14.
Gta 4 has a much better storyline than Gta 5 but 5 had better graphics and nature plus landschapes. But the thing I have missed in GTA 5 is that you can eat at a restaurant that you can go to a sex shop and all other stuff where you can go inside. people argue GTA:SA have better story.. I doubt that because It's unrealistic.. from just a ghetto boy and suddenly infiltrating military bases and fly a jet??? I mean I know dream big but character wise it doesn't seems feasible. Niko on the other hand actually have military background, the game doesn't make you focus on tuning cars or just fucking around in the world. The beginning of the game already sets it up for you, you're a foreigner come to Manhattan to live your dream but in actuality it's nothing but lies and fake promises. This world is not wacky fun like SA. It's the living truth and that is why I love GTA 4 story out of them all.
GTA IV is the best GTA game together with V, because, as you said, the story is incredible, the characters are well made, you don't just mess around and have fun, and improve your sex appeal, GTA IV has a sad and powerful story, well made and worked on. I don't understand why Rockstar hate the actor who played Niko, he seemed fine and also in role. That's the only bad part, Rockstar wants to erase that game from their history, forget about it. But that game will always be in my heart. I don't regret any second of playing that game. Really good.

Gta 4 has a much better storyline than Gta 5 but 5 had better graphics and nature plus landschapes. But the thing I have missed in GTA 5 is that you can eat at a restaurant that you can go to a sex shop and all other stuff where you can go inside. people argue GTA:SA have better story.. I doubt that because It's unrealistic.. from just a ghetto boy and suddenly infiltrating military bases and fly a jet??? I mean I know dream big but character wise it doesn't seems feasible. Niko on the other hand actually have military background, the game doesn't make you focus on tuning cars or just fucking around in the world. The beginning of the game already sets it up for you, you're a foreigner come to Manhattan to live your dream but in actuality it's nothing but lies and fake promises. This world is not wacky fun like SA. It's the living truth and that is why I love GTA 4 story out of them all.
GTA IV is the best GTA game together with V, because, as you said, the story is incredible, the characters are well made, you don't just mess around and have fun, and improve your sex appeal, GTA IV has a sad and powerful story, well made and worked on. I don't understand why Rockstar hate the actor who played Niko, he seemed fine and also in role. That's the only bad part, Rockstar wants to erase that game from their history, forget about it. But that game will always be in my heart. I don't regret any second of playing that game. Really good.

Outside of those its amazing.. a life of a seasoned criminal on its way to be a the new boss in vice city.
