Click and hold the ego skill when selecting it. If you're wondering how to get stable overclock, you need to have enough resources to pay 1.5x the normal cost of the ego otherwise it becomes an unstable overclock.

NTRclair is not strictly better. R Heathcliff is still better at bursting down and just much less of a hassle in general. But Nclair is amazing too
