💪 DO NOT STRESS ABOUT YOUR PROGRESS
💪 Change in workout should be every 1 to 3 months not every other day or week

Great advice, especially with calisthenics, skills come by very slow. I have heard about a guy who needed 8 years to accomplish a full planche
tips to get stronger in Straddle :-
1.make your Advance Tuck front Lever hold more clear with perfect form " 20s " ~ it will help in straddle
2. Use light bands and do straddle front lever negatives " make sure your form is good "
3.work on your basics like dips , pull ups + weighted pull ups etc.
This will strengthen your core and shoulders , hence one day you will get to do straddle with clear form

I saw her video and she looked cool so i thought i could do atleast 5 pull up, to my surprise even hanging from the bar for 20 seconds felt so hard and painful. After 3 weeks of practice i can do one pull up now 💪😅
You're right Currently I am also trying to learn the front lever skill a month ago i couldn't even hold a straddle eccentric but then i was not happy with the progress i was making so i decided to push my self to the limit and started training more.
But in that process i began to do overtrain and I can do a half-lay 5sec for now but i overtrained and got injured. My serratus anterior hurts even when i am not doing anything.I am now taking rest🤕.
Yes, it came for me also the hard way, when I was training randomly and started feeling shoulder pain! But then I changed my way of training and yes here we are❤
