Thanks for the realistic review. I don't print a lot of my photos, but that wasn't my main motivation for purchasing the Mini Link. With the upcoming Pokemon Snap game on the Nintendo Switch, they came out with frames for Animal Crossing, Mario and Pokemon Snap. However, since I got my Mini Link yesterday, I've been messing around with photo editing to get the best output on the film. This printer may have just inspired me to use it for a lot more than just a narrow range of fan photos.
i just bought this printer but i’ve notice that the pictures are bright, just like yours compared to a mini camera. is there any way to make the pictures less bright & more like the camera? also is it worth getting the liplay instead? when you print from the liplay, are the films as bright as the instax printer or better quality? thank you!
I noticed something similar with my first print. It came out brighter and a bit more washed out than it looked in the app so I used a photo editor to adjust the original before printing it again. I would imagine that you could get similar results with the built-in correction sliders.

(KODAK Mini 3 Retro) Fujifilms camera, if you buy it with a bundle of 120 sheets is $171, the KODAK Mini 3 Retro looks to have a bundle cost of $122 with 60 sheets to print with.

I got the mini 90 this Christmas and love it! It's really fun and I like the feeling of not knowing how the photo turned out until it developed. Downside is you end up probably spending more money on film, which isn't cheap to start with...
Saw your review on the Instax Mini 90, really like the camera, however, I wish I had seen the review on the mini Link printer first. My photos on my Smartphone are much more detailed, clearer and thus prints much better and more colorful than from the 90.
My local electronics shop had some problem with pricing. The pink one was only 29$ while the blue and violet one were 120$. That‘s how I got mine almost free…
Hey, I'm planning to buy a new instax camera but I don't know whether to choose mini 70 or 90, I used to have a mini 9 but it broke and I need an upgrade ^^ which one - 70 or 90 - would you recommend more?
Are you aware of the differences? It really depends on your needs, I went and get the 70 just because de Icy Mint color, and I don’t care about the extra features for mini film.
My first prints were from my iPhone 6s Plus, currently at iOS version 14.4.2 If it works from there, it should work from an iPad. I've never had an iMac, so can't speak to that one.
Hi, just wondering, is the simple print feature directly linked to the phone’s photo gallery? Or do we need to upload any photos to the app from the phone first?
yes it is linked to your photos app on your phone. if you give the app access to your whole photo gallery, you’ll be able to print whatever you! hope this helped!
Since the printer designers are into manipulating the printer with movement, they should make a rear end or butt attachment so you can shake the photo while a version of KC and the Sunshine's Band song plays Shake Your Booty so you can still shake your photo even though you don't have to anymore.
I just got mine yesterday, and I noticed that the app has a monochrome filter option. If, however, the photo you're printing is already in black and white, I'm guessing that it should print in monochrome without changing anything.
Am I right that this is not working directly with a Fujifilm X cameras? I have the SP2 printer but this printer is a lot smaller it would be much better for my X-E4. Loading the image from camera is cumbersome. Printing from camera direct is fun.
I'm thinking about buying it! I have the Instax mini 11 photo camera. But I want to have one of these bc the photos will 99% look how you put it in app. It's quite expensive but maybe I can get it for my b-day😅
I'd say this one because you can pick and choose the perfect photo and even edit it whereas the mini 11 you get one chance to take the photo. No chance of wasting prints with the link.
Ngl, we didn't need to zoom in or out, we needed a type C of add a feature where if you scan with your camera, it plays a gif on your phone. Kinda like Harry Potter.

Clearly they’re aiming at the teen and pre-teen market with this, which to me is offputting, I’m mainly interested in a small portable printer where I can give out copies of photos I take of people. I’m not into square photos unless the photo somehow warrants it, so it’s more serious-looking angular sibling printer on the surface would be more for me, except for that square photo thing.

I bought this 6 days ago! I really loved it but i hope there is available for square prints. Anyway I get the denim blue.
I think you can buy square films but I'm not totally sure but you might wanna check!

try the instax liplay, its a hybrid camera that lets you take photo and you can choose which ones to print
