Thanks for the review! I'm trying to choose between the 19° and 36° lens options. I intend to use the projector for gobo patterns or slashes of light on a background, as well as bouncing light off mirrors and highlighting areas. Do you think the 19° lens would be limited in small spaces?
Yes, that's why I got the 36 and not the 19. I work mostly in small rooms to mid-size office rooms and 19 would limit where I could place the light and how big. 19 is really best for stage theater lighting or a situation where you would be naturally farther away from the subject you want to illuminate.
Thank you for this informative test. From my point of view, by far the best test for this product. ;-) I then also bought the nanlite pj-fz60-36. Unfortunately, I have a problem where I could not find an answer despite intensive Internet research: My copy is never sharp over the whole area when using a gobo. Even if I align it exactly vertically on a white wall and try to focus, with every gobo I have the sharpness either in the upper area, or more in the lower area. Is this normal, or could there be a defect?
If you are using this projector in a small or medium sized room, get the 36, if you are using it for a large room, theater, or any big venue, get the 19. Think of the 36 as a wide angle lens and the 19 as a telephoto lens. So what matters most is how big of a space you're going to be using this projector attachment in.
Yes, it can, but it's a tight fit when you include the power adapter and any other accessories. For example, the lens hood reflector cannot fit into the bag at the same time as the light, so if you wanted the option to use the lens hood reflector or the projector mount, you'll have to carry the reflector separately.
This is the best review I’ve seen of this light. Great work and thank you!
Thank you for using our product and giving your feedback.🙌

Do you think godox will be better option?
When using the gobo, can you use the cutters to make the light smaller?
Yes.

You need to adjust the focus of the beam. Owners manual!
Could you fix the problem?
It's normal. Simple physics of the lens and associated limitations.
nice review
How do I know which angle is right for me - 36° or 19°?

Hello, this projector is good for godox ad 600pro with flash tube , or only for Led light?
Can this be pointed out to a person? Like in a wedding for couple portraits having this stuff is it ok?
As long as they aren't looking directly into the light. I've used this as a spotlight on talent many times already.
black wrap will help suppress light leakage..
you forgot to tell us if the light can fit inside the Projector Mount bag

hi bro, can i use flash light not continuous light with projector. Tks.
Technically you can, but that's not what this Nanlite Projector is designed for.
