I know he can't be a first teamer right now, but I can't understand why he hasn't had a look in since his EPL debut. He's really good. One or two 10 /15 minute appearances won't hurt him.
Look at Lamine Yamal, Marc Guiu, Zaire-Emery, Pedri, Gavi, Fati, Lily Yohannes. All playing first team for big clubs and actually playing good. Thats what happens when youre given chances to actually play first team, the manager realises he can help them and hes a good asset for the team. Some people 15-17 is too early for them but some people are just that talented, but i guess we'll never know with Nwaneri cause Arteta never gives him chances. He probably wouldve been on the bench by now every week in front of Karl Hein but Arteta insists on having 2 goalkeepers on the bench sometimes. Anyways thats my rant. He has massive potential and i hope we'll see him every week one day
Very different situations imo. Loads of those players play for Barca who HAD to play youth players due to their financial issues and look at how much those players have struggled with injuries due to the workloads and intensity of senior football. Not to mention the Premier League is simply a way harder competition where every week is a difficult match. We've had trouble against plenty of teams, why would we play a 16 year old? That's bad for the team and his personal development. I agree that he needs to play the youth *more* but he doesn't have to play as much as the other players on this list. Just let him develop, there's no need to rush him. He'll only be 17 when next season starts and he'll have a professional contract and I suspect he'll play more.
Arteta has not given any youth player a breakthrough since he became Arsenal manager, is either he doesn't trust them, or the club does no produce good young players Again.
I'd count Smith Rowe as a player Arteta gave a proper start to. We can't be having too many youth players in the first team either, we already have a few. That's partly why we haven't seen more come through along with the team being pretty young already.
There are no young players at the club that stand out to me like A.Cole, fabregas, saka, martinelli, and enelka. Fans need to calm down. We have the youngest team in the league, and youth to first team is very rare. We need more experience, not youth right now..
With Arteta as Manager the Youth dont stand a Chance, 4years as a Manager and still nothing to show, i wonder if we would have seen Saka or Martinelli with Arteta, even Smith Rowe and Nelson haven't improved since Arteta took over, its going to be like Chelsea under Mourinho not really trusting De Bruyne and Salah and years later they become A List Footballers, Walters, Skelly, Ethan, Cozier are Top talents but its a matter of time before we lose them
What a load of Yap, do you want a 15 year old to be regular starter in the prem? Also Jose wanted to keep De Bruyne and Salah but they themselves wanted to leave
You must be joking. 4 years ago a majority of our team were essentially youth players. Saka, Martinelli and Saliba who are some of our best players that have found their form under Arteta were all 18 when he joined the club. Gabriel was 22. Odegaard was 21. Relax. Many of these kids look great but still need a few more years to develop in order to perform at the top level. They will get there chance!
@@Belligol.He already turning 17 and to make a Prem debut at 15 you'd think you would see him a fee more times but we haven't seen him since. Not even when there was nothing to play for in the UCL. Yes he's only 17 but some players are that good and playing at the highest level will only do him good. Look at Gavi, Yamal, Pedri, Fati, Yohannes, Zaire-Emery. Plus he's already pretty stocky like Wilshire was so he'll be able to handle the physicality. Wenger would've has this man playing first team by now
Since we topped the group already I hope arteta starts this kid along with Lewis skelly and cozier dubery in the our next UCL match
