I've been following arsenal for over 25 years and this guy is playing at the highest level I've ever seen of any midfield player at that club. It's like a mixture of Santi & ozil but with insane work rate. Like how the hell is he able to find some of these threaded passes thru the tightest of angles just does my head in..
The bloke is sublime, the Santi and Mesut comparison is what I've been looking for when trying to explain to non Gooners (i.e. idiots) just how good this chap is. However, bit sad now because I wish Santi was still here. A wonderful player and a lovely fellow.

Even when he is waiting for options, he is constantly shifting the ball to create angles. So many players stand still and stop the ball which is just so easy to defend, and that's why 99% of them end up passing backwards.

I am sad because I will never get to experience the feeling of watching Odegaard this season again after a few more games. Hopefully, he will have a lot of great seasons ahead.

To be fair, he did something. He was training with the first team from day one, even plaing with the Castillas. ( Real youth team) It was in his contract. So he has been training with some serious ballers 😀

The amount of chances Odegaard creates that are not converted doesn’t do justice to his brilliance. If Arsenal had a top tier striker, there be no doubt that Odegaard is the best 10 in the Premier League by a mile.

Phenomenal player. Doesn't have the long range passing of Trent or De Bruyne, but when it comes to these short through balls in tight spaces, he's one of the best in the world, maybe even the best.
