Fats =straight fatty acids , stacked with higher intramolecular attraction , dense and solid at 25 C. I think I h got it 👍🏾💕

If we were to compare the melting points of cis and trans fatty acids of the same length and the same degree of unsaturation trans should have a higher mp. Isn't it?

Cis have low m.p therefore liquid in room Temp, But trans have High m.p , Like saturated F.A.s are solid in room temp :)
