This may be a silly request but would you ever consider rating items on a 1-10 scale? I think it would help us understand your thoughts on a item more specifically. Thank You !
Great review! I just subscribed because of this program. I watch your other channel but really am happy to have discovered this channel. Really wish 7-11 would market some of these bowls in the States. I know the 7-11's in Hawaii have great Asian food that you can't get in mainland U.S. 7-11's. Take care and Happy Eating!
I love all your 7-11 and convenience store taste tests! just sad that not as much variety and deliciousness here in the US as there is in Japan. Thanks for sharing and can't wait to see more!
I kinda hate these videos because it just reminds me of how much US 7-Elevens suck. OK, I enjoy a 1/4 pound hot dog or spicy bite a few times a year, but disappointing otherwise.
I love donburi! I think if I could try one of these bowls from 7-11, I'd try the oyakodon. It's one of my favorites anyway, and it would be fun to try their version. Thanks for trying so many rice bowls! Sending good wishes to you both, and especially I continue to send good wishes to Shinichi's mother.
7 eleven is amazing in Japan! Everything looks delicious! Satoshi, I love your glasses! Thanks guys for eating so much food for us! Love you both very much
It's kinda crazy how few things make me miss Japan more than convenience store food! I've been wanting to try taco rice since you did your first video on it, but I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for curry. The katsudon and oyakodon did look great, though, and I wouldn't be unhappy to have any of those bowls.
My son is heading to Japan next week, he will be stationed there for 3 years. I'm hoping to be able to visit sometime while he's there and thanks to your videos I'll just have to try some 7/11 food.
I miss Japan. Going to work my factory job in a couple hours! Just gave my dog Pete breakfast! Keep up the good work guys, you brighten my day!!❤️❤️✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼🍙🍙🍙
When I was in Japan I had some kind of a dish where there were two kinds of curry (one red, one yellow-ish) and there was a pretty big mound of rice in the center. Seriously delicious.
I love Japanese 7elevan food!! when me and my husband dont have lots of time we go pick up food and coffee! I'm going to miss it when ever we move back to California. 😭
7-11 is the BEST in your world!!! I am so glad you are home and safe and your Mom is going so much better. I believe in the power of positive thought and that helped your Mom too
Ok, this isn't 7-11, but it is konbini related, and made me laugh ... someone posted on an Okinawana FB site, "I have been on Okinawa only one week and I have caught the dreaded LAWSON'S disease. Lol" I think all of us visiting Japan catch that dreaded disease . . . I am so happy to see this video and shows that you don't have to spend a lot of money to have a good meal in Japan. Under $5 for all of them! Going to be there in a month!!!!
Wow! Brothers! So many choices!! The Chuka Don looked so good! It reminded me of my okasan-who always loved katayaki with the same type of veggie topping. The oyako don, I will pass on, only because I am not a fan of runny egg yolks. Too bad about the bibimbap though. I still have yet to try taco rice. I, too, love katsu don, but the egg has to be cooked all the way through. ☺️ Thank you for going outside of your comfort zone of low carb eating, to show us so many delicious rice bowls. Thanks for sharing boys!! Continued prayers for your okasama brother Shinichi. 🙏♥️
Also, the mapodofu and twice-cooked pork, are loaded with Chinese hot peppers and/or Sichuan peppers when cooked traditionally. I've noticed it before, but I am now totally getting that Japanese really do avoid heat in their meals. You mentioned "sweet" a few times; I guess the Japanese do have extra affinity for pronounced sweetness, like cabbage and carrots, like the onions in gyudon... the tomato and ketchup and mayo-based sauces... the sweetness of dashi stock...
I agree. The convenience stores in the states, and else where besides Asia, are not as good. The food is questionable because you don't know how long it's been sitting out. I live in Hawaii though, our 7 Elevens are okay, but no where near as great as the ones in Japan.
Love this video! Thanks for all the taste testing! Have guys tried the meat sauce rice gratin from 7-11? I heard it’s good but I haven’t had a chance to try it yet
I miss Japanese convenience foods so much. I have this feeling either the oyakodon or katsudon would be my favourite! A bowl of either of these would make me feel really good for Kyudo practice!
This is making me hungry! There’s a place about an hour away from me that has a great sutadon that I now want, but can’t get too. I wish I could find a good recipe!
They all looked so good and I love your glasses Satoshi! I'd love to try the pork katsu don but I'm allergic to eggs, my husband and I have been wanting to go to Japan but I'm always worried I wouldn't be able to eat a lot of the food because it seems all the best ones have egg in them.
Next time I go I will have to try the Gyudon and the Tacodon from 7-eleven for sure. I usually go to Yoshinoya several times each Japan trip but I also often get Wagyu Gyudon from a small shop not far from Umeda that sell kind of Bento, we eat those for sheer convenience but there is always a 7-eleven or five nearby. I will just have to convince my wife to also get something lol.
OOOOOO thanks for another great video. I'll have to try these the next tim im in Japan and have spare room in my stomach! There's just so much good food and I love a gold old conbini onigiri ^^ BTW Satoshi, I really like your glasses! Are they Raybans or something? I'm in need of new glasses and yours look great on you!
My friends... I have a love/hate relationship with these videos.... I absolutely LOVE your 7-11 and can't wait to step in to one and try all the delicious foods... but I HATE that US 7-11's are total garbage. I honestly would only go to 7-11 for a Slurpee, and that's only in summer. Im so jealous! But all of those rice bowls look AH-MAZING! I can't wait to try them! Thanks for sharing guys!
Out of all the market microwave donburi like this that I've tried in my area, katsudon definitely wins. Where I get it from, the panko stays really crispy, even after the microwave. But my overall favorite donbuir, is unagi donburi. Unagi is easily one of my absolute favorite foods. It's second only to sake(as in salmon XD), and sake has been my favorite food, for all of my life. ^.^
We do have huiguorou at most American Chinese restaurants, normally called twice cooked pork. It's actually closer to the Japanese version than the authentic one, I think.
Off topic ... Whenever I hear your names, I immediately remember Detective Conan and Pokemon ... Sorry. But I really love your videos. Lots of love from the Philippines.
14:39 "...They really treat the eggs well"... "But everyone likes to be treated well..dont u think" ( That escalated from food to philosophical quickly)
Omg I wish that we would have convenience stores in Germany! We only have ready meals in supermarkets and they taste pretty awful and are much more expensive then those rice bowls. That looks like legit restaurant quality! 😮
You know, you guys have better food at 7-11 Japan than some convenience stores and restaurants in America, let alone the original 7-11 franchise....! Also, katsudon...yumm-o! But, deep fried foods are always delicious.
I cant say ive had any of these buuut the oyaku don (not sure if i spelled it right) would probably be my favorite. Im latina and we have a shredded chicken in sauce recipe that pairs well with rice and sometimes i add a fried egg on top so its similar. Im hungry now 🤤
Only 5 weeks to go and I'll be in Tokyo so I'm going to try several of these.. Thanks for these great taste tests guys, I'll raid the convenience stores for excellent cheap eats...
I think the Gyudon or the Mapu Tofu were my favourites but i was surprised when you said the beef was Angus beef Shinichi. The only beef i know that has Angus in it's name would be Aberdeen Angus or Scotch Beef as i didn't expect that to be used when there's so much high quality Japanese beef around. But i would love to have some of these rice bowls in stores in Scotland guess i need to start saving more money to afford to visit Japan one of these days :)
just had the mapo tofu today think it's a Japanese version the sauce is darker in color , on my last trip I did try the red szechuan version, think I like the red one better , yum yum
Beef is ultra expensive here in Norway, the gyuudon bowl would probably be like the equivalent of $10-12 and if most likely wouldn't even have that much beef, lol.
HI AND HOW ARE MY 2 FAVORITE GUYS DOING? SPIFFY GLASSES SITOSHI. MY FAVORITE WOULD HAVE TO BE NUMBERS 1 THROUGH 10. NOT BEING ABLE TO HOLD FOOD DOWN IS HARD. THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO ENJOY IT THROUGH THE BOTH OF YOU. SITOSHI YOU'RE GREAT WHEN IT COMES TO EXPLAINING THINGS I THINK IT'S THE GLASSES. SINICHI I'M MORE LIKE YOU THOUGH I TASTE (WHEN I CAN) THEN ZIP ONTO THE NEXT 1. EASY PEASY BUT OH SO GOOD.
Toni Sanoe Dela Cruz In Japan, they add certain spices into the chicken feed that makes the yolks orange. The spices have no effect on the taste and just changes the color :)
The look on Satoshi's face while waiting for the rice bowl to be passed... priceless... lol
This may be a silly request but would you ever consider rating items on a 1-10 scale? I think it would help us understand your thoughts on a item more specifically. Thank You !
I think they should rate them on a 7-11 scale.
7-Elevens in the US need to step up their game, I am so jealous!
Seriously this is shitting all over big bites and awful pizza... still I love taquitos
I wish we had these kind of selections at our 7 elevens!💕💕💕💕💕😎
The first person who brings this food game to other 7.11 outside japan. Will be rich as hell
Everything looks amazing! Can you do a video on making oyoko don and mopo tofu?
I love all your 7-11 and convenience store taste tests! just sad that not as much variety and deliciousness here in the US as there is in Japan. Thanks for sharing and can't wait to see more!

I love you both so much! The way you describe the food makes me feel like I’m eating right along with you! 🥰🥰
All I can say is 7/11 Japan is too good!!!!!
7 eleven is amazing in Japan! Everything looks delicious! Satoshi, I love your glasses! Thanks guys for eating so much food for us! Love you both very much
Japan 7-11 rice bowls sound yummie
You look sooo friendly and kind love you guyssssss
It's kinda crazy how few things make me miss Japan more than convenience store food! Shinichi doesn’t hand the food over fast enough 🤣
Without tasting them, I must say I love how yummy the Katsu don looks!!! Thanks guys.
I miss Japan. Going to work my factory job in a couple hours! Just gave my dog Pete breakfast! Keep up the good work guys, you brighten my day!!❤️❤️✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼🍙🍙🍙
Always interesting! Thanks guys!
I really enjoyed watching this! I can't wait to try them one day!🌸
The oyakadon look so good!!
Honestly the coolest food rating duos
Everything looks so yummy

Wow, good food from Japan seven eleven store!
Also, the mapodofu and twice-cooked pork, are loaded with Chinese hot peppers and/or Sichuan peppers when cooked traditionally. Ever think about visiting the factory where they make these?? Would make a fun episode!!
I wished Australia has that kind of food at out 7 eleven stores 😩 lol looks delicious
I wish you could describe the stuff that comes from 7-Eleven in the UK as food
Wish Canada too
So do I. Instead we have shitty food that is of a questionable shelf life.
I agree. The convenience stores in the states, and else where besides Asia, are not as good. The food is questionable because you don't know how long it's been sitting out. I live in Hawaii though, our 7 Elevens are okay, but no where near as great as the ones in Japan.
Only $1 coffee can buy in Australia 7-11
Every thing look so good
Awesome video, thanks TabiEats!
That type of food is so needed in the 7 11s here in the States ❤ NOW I'm hungry 😄😄
My favorites? Katsudon, gyudon and twice cooked pork don. I would like to try them all!
It's crazy how store food looks that good ! It's definitely not the case here.
Those rice bowels looked so good. Great review guys.
I will definitely try the tofu one while I'm in Japan. Yum
Love this video! Thanks for all the taste testing! Have guys tried the meat sauce rice gratin from 7-11? I heard it’s good but I haven’t had a chance to try it yet
Not yet but we will very soon!
You two are looking marvelous as usual 😍 wish we had the same kind of 7-11 in the US, that all looks so delicious!
I'm gonna live off 7/11 rice bowls when I go to Japan
Katsudon is one of the greatest things you can eat.
I agree I had my first katsudon the other day it was absolutely DELECIOUS
Not going to lie, the food looks pretty damm good!!
They all look delicious I'm super jealous
They all looked so good and I love your glasses Satoshi! I'd love to try the pork katsu don but I'm allergic to eggs, my husband and I have been wanting to go to Japan but I'm always worried I wouldn't be able to eat a lot of the food because it seems all the best ones have egg in them.

Ohayou gozaimasu! Everything looks so tasty. I can't wait to visit JP in 2020!! 💕☺️
I'm amazed at the variety and high quality of food at Japanese 7-Elevens. I haven't checked out American ones in a long time, but I was afraid!
You guys are awesome!! Ganbatte kudasai!!
"Wow that was a really long explanation". 😂🤣😂 You guys crack me up!
My friends... I have a love/hate relationship with these videos.... I absolutely LOVE your 7-11 and can't wait to step in to one and try all the delicious foods... but I HATE that US 7-11's are total garbage. Marvelously done. Excellent guys.

I love satoshi's glasses!! 😍
thank you for a great video i thougt the first chinese one looked great but so did the gyudon ,i wish i could try them all
I’m eating chocolate digestives whilst watching this😂
I had my first katsudon yesterday IT WAS SO GOOOOOOOOOD ^-^
We do have huiguorou at most American Chinese restaurants, normally called twice cooked pork. It's actually closer to the Japanese version than the authentic one, I think.
I'm amazed that you can get those delicious bowls at 7/11! Lucky you live in Japan! 👍👍👍❤❤❤
Off topic ... Whenever I hear your names, I immediately remember Detective Conan and Pokemon ... Sorry.
But I really love your videos. Lots of love from the Philippines.
Great rice bowls ma po tofu is my fav.
Can you do comparison of same food in 7-11, FamilyMart and Lawsons?
Gyudon was my favorite!
You guys have done it again. You've made me hungry. There is no 7-11 near us.
Those look great!
ホイコーロin kanji is 回鍋肉, means twice fried pork. In Chinese 回 means to return, so it’s meat returning to the pot.
Quit torturing Santoshi!!!
He wanted so badly to try the Twice Cooked Pork......those puppy 🐕 dog eyes were killing me!
Wow, they all look so good but I really want to try the Katsu don, I made chicken and pork Katsu and it was so delicious and crispy
Rhynda Watson Sounds very tasty
14:39 "...They really treat the eggs well"... "But everyone likes to be treated well..dont u think" ( That escalated from food to philosophical quickly)
Those all looked so delicious, I wish there was a seven eleven here in Caldwell Idaho let alone seven eleven served that here.
Those glasses 😍
Omg I wish that we would have convenience stores in Germany! We only have ready meals in supermarkets and they taste pretty awful and are much more expensive then those rice bowls. That looks like legit restaurant quality! 😮
Jayjoy94 stimmt!
Ich hatte als ich in Tokyo war auch einige sachen aus dem 7Eleven, und alle waren superlecker!
You know, you guys have better food at 7-11 Japan than some convenience stores and restaurants in America, let alone the original 7-11 franchise....!
Also, katsudon...yumm-o! But, deep fried foods are always delicious.
Good explanation satoshi. Oyakodon looked the best
Hey Katsudon is actually one of my top favorite Japanese foods and I miss eating it too that and Gyudon which I had only one time
I cant say ive had any of these buuut the oyaku don (not sure if i spelled it right) would probably be my favorite. Im latina and we have a shredded chicken in sauce recipe that pairs well with rice and sometimes i add a fried egg on top so its similar. Im hungry now 🤤
I bet it would be great with mole.
@@jackiecarranco2195 yumm
Love the glasses! So cool!
Only 5 weeks to go and I'll be in Tokyo so I'm going to try several of these.. Thanks for these great taste tests guys, I'll raid the convenience stores for excellent cheap eats...
Love you guys!! My fav 😘😘😘
I love the twice cooked pork don ( a lot of the Chinese restaurants in Canada serve it...super yummy :) )
thank you. this is best 7-11 in the world
Did I get you addicted to Szechuan? Lol and gochujang too?
love the white glasses!!!!
I wish our 711 followed their Japanese counterpart, and we could enjoy awesome dishes by now,,
Reason why Japanese have longer lives than Americans. MOST Fast foods in America cause strokes and heart attacks. Cholesterol and all! Agree?
I love your glasses, Satoshi!
Better than most of the restaurants here in USA :( That looks freaking delicious.
I believe importing Angus is less expensive than Japanese Wagyu beef. It's bred widely across Australia & the US.
All are delicious .... 🤔.... Gyudon and Katsudon
just had the mapo tofu today think it's a Japanese version the sauce is darker in color , on my last trip I did try the red szechuan version, think I like the red one better , yum yum
Beef is ultra expensive here in Norway, the gyuudon bowl would probably be like the equivalent of $10-12 and if most likely wouldn't even have that much beef, lol.
7-eleven in Japan has the best of the best 7-eleven in America has nothing lol😤😤😤😤good video gentleman👏🖒🖒😄😄
HI AND HOW ARE MY 2 FAVORITE GUYS DOING? SPIFFY GLASSES SITOSHI. MY FAVORITE WOULD HAVE TO BE NUMBERS 1 THROUGH 10. NOT BEING ABLE TO HOLD FOOD DOWN IS HARD. Why is the oyaku don so orangey? Is it because of Japans eggs? I notice your eggs are so bright and orange.
Toni Sanoe Dela Cruz In Japan, they add certain spices into the chicken feed that makes the yolks orange. The spices have no effect on the taste and just changes the color :)
It's their diet, in America it's mostly corn based so they come out yellow.
I wish there was a 7 eleven in my country?😰
