I prayed to find a goose to roast for Christmas 🎄 Dinner after the supermarket I usually get one from wouldn’t carry any in stock for the 4TH Christmas in a row. Therefore, I was lucky enough to have found one from another one of those out of town stores. Besides, I think that maybe my oldest son is absolutely right, and that turkey 🦃 should be reserved exclusively for Thanksgiving only. Whereas, through the philosophy of Charles Dickens, I learned that goose is the proper poultry dish to dine on for Christmas. All I’m lacking now for the present is a boar’s 🐗 head, which I’ll probably roast next year at this time, provided I can get a better house, and possibly have a big family holiday celebration?
Great question. Worship is for God alone. I praise my children when they achieve victories. It’s just like that. The saints are alive in Christ and surround us in the “cloud of witnesses”. When they achieve victories we celebrate. We would suggest to seek out an Orthodox priest. They will be able to better assist you in your journey.
