S N Bose has nothing to do with the discovery of higgs boson, his work was related to the discovery of particals which are now called bosons after him, there are a lot of different bosons, higgs boson is though classified as a boson was solely predicted by Peter Higgs. It doesn't mean all bosons were predicted by SN Bose, there is no need to remember him, because if that were the case than pauli, dirac, salam, wernstien, etc.. a long list of scientist had to be remembered
