Honestly, the 18 FPS one is way better in my eyes. Not only is it acutally manually animated by a real human being, but it generally looks more natural and cartoonish. 180FPS Just looks like it was deep fried and unnatural. Not to mention the smear frames look absolutely deep fried (yes, i know i said that twice) and blurred.
Interpolated videos can be hard to look at. They’re often blurry, due to the AI not quite understanding what things are or how they should move. This video is even worse, as it also fuses many frames together, since obviously UA-cam doesn’t support 180 FPS

With the interpolated version, I can see what's happening better, because it's smoother. I do think 180FPS is too much, and I would much rather prefer like 24, because I think it would still keep some of that nice imperfect feel from the original.

It depends, lower fps make the animation leave an impact, but having some smooth frames CAN help sometimes
