    You forgot to mention it also revived because it’s next to St. Pancras Station, the terminus for Eurostar trains.

      I mean the euro star hasn’t had a huge effect on any other railway in the uk it’s good no doubt but it’s still beaten tenfold by airlines

    He's right about the former seediness. In the late 80s and early 90s I used to go to quite a lot of music concerts in London via King's Cross. Between emerging from the tube station and checking the departure board for trains home you could pretty much guarantee spotting an obvious sex worker/prostitute.

    Shame they didnt apply the same sympathetic approach to St Pancras. The domestic add-on at the end was very disappointing
