Difficult to comment on that question - when i teach some techniques and the patient is actively moving the limb - if you use to much pressure to the tissues then you will restrict their motion...so you apply enough pressure so that the patient is able to move their limb relatively freely....hope that helps. regards jg

Hey John, when it comes to myofascial release techniques how high is the pressure you applying on the tissue? Maybe on a scale from 1 to 10

That could be the psoas muscle causing the click - if its not painful then i wouldn't worry to much, regards JG
