Lovely!! Love the sound of the fountains, so dreamy on this dreary day…. Was that a FIG TREE behind the basil?? FANTASTIC branching, never seen such an amazing, beautiful fig tree!!!! 🤩 also noticed you standing by one of my favorite monkey puzzle trees, not looking to healthy :>/ - might be too cold up there?? well hoping for the best for that one☝️

I thought that way too. It's been 3 years now since moving here , Zone 7B . This weather is very challenging. Not really optimal for plants like back East I wanted to live with low humidity, away from tornadoes, no ticks, abundant Sunshine...etc... 😎

Never knew that was there. I've been to Roger Williams Park many times with the kids when they were little but never the botanical garden. Sounds like a fun day trip. Have you ever done the pumpkin lighting display around Halloween? Its amazing. Thanks for sharing:)
Hi there, Yes I've been to the Jacko'lantern Spectacular with the kids, and we've visted the zoo and even the carousel. But I also never knew about the botanical garden part. I only learned of this recently and was so excited to visit. Its beautiful and worth the trip. Those greenhouses are a nice escape in winter.
