There was a truck roughly 2010 that confessed to killing 1-2 people each month SINCE 1993 🥺. It was a small blurb in the news but I’ve never heard anything since. This dude totally haunts me, I trip out that he disappeared from the news, I wonder how many others are out there. He got caught when he picked up a young couple hitchhiking and secured them in the back of his cab that had he used as a makeshift torture chamber, and one was able to get free and run off.
He’s called the truck stop killer , I recently watched a little doc on here that had this lady on that developed an algorithm that linked all these murders and disappearances with his known trucking routes from receipts from his company , evil bastard he is

It's weird too because the media rarely has a problem with sensational crimes and this was a serial killer. Since most of the victims were homeless, I wonder why it's assumed to not be hate related
Because the homeless, much like other groups seen beneath society (sex workers, addicts, etc), are kind of assumed to have "earned" violence through their actions. I'm not agreeing with that, but talk with a lot of people and they have a LOT of varying levels of disdain for the homeless.

Since he was married to her mother (ex-step father) she recognized him so might have let him in. We didn't hear anything of forced entry. Many times as a child victim, then later adult - the almost always go to is: not make waves, try to placate them - not anger nor give them a signal they can do something to you. I too would LOVE to know who shot him and like you wish he never survived.

it's more that people are listening now my sister sneaked to the neighbors one night the cops knew how bad my dad was and were scared to come my mom almost died a cop said he came by but it was a lie and finally admitted he lied on the paper work because he was scared he was fired a bunch of cars came when they arrested my dad me and my sister weren't there we were with mom in a dv shelter but my 3 bros were there dad eventually found us in the shelter probably 1 of his cop friends because yes some officers are good (like my great uncle) but some are just like my dad only with a badge
and also my sister ran away at 15 she called a helpline and even with her telling them how violent he was they told her to go back and when she was 18 leave and never look back my dad beat her when she came back the system was different in 1982 when these incidents occured i was 4 or so

WHAT??? Just watching Wesley Brownly! While driving through Stockton last year my transmission went out and I got stuck there 3 days waiting for the repair. I stayed in a cheap hotel room that I could walk to in the exact same few blocks as the murders!!! Because I didn’t have transportation I was killing time walking everywhere around town. I even went to that park, but got a bad vibe and decided to leave. At that exact same moment a black man (rough looking, but not Wesley of course) walked up to me and said, “you don’t belong here, you should leave.” It wasn’t a threat, I think he just frequented the streets and new that I looked like an easy victim and was warning me. Can’t believe it. My seedy hotel was only two blocks from the killings. 🥺. Stockton has always creeped me out since I got stuck there, I had a constant feeling something was going to go down the whole time I was there (I shouldn’t have been walking, but I needed food and had a dog and besides, my room felt like it was trouble too but every other available hotel in the area was $300+ a night and I couldn’t afford that)
At 21:57 in 1976, what was there to watch on TV at 3:30 in the morning EST/ EDT? I can’t imagine ANYTHING being on TV, let alone enough to choose from to fight over it. Can anyone shed light on this? All I had to watch on TV at that hour was static or the off-air picture.

I love the tiny bungalow style homes in California. Lived in a couple. Now they are run down ghettos. Its too bad the one lady didn't turn him in while he was alive. He essentially got away with his assualt and terror. My parents divorced when I was young. I can understand why my mom never felt the need to date let alone re marry. She didn't trust anyone with us kids. I will never understand why/how anyone can be attracted to children and feel its okay. No child should endure such horrors. Stockton like Oakland is a given for crime. Imagine how many women may still be alive if not for rape. Not all result in murder. But too many do. Women have targets on them at all times. Its really horrific .

April 16,2021 Mervyn Harmon was actually killed in Oakland, Ca,.....the same night , hours later ,..he drove to Stockton and attempted to murder me. I was.never in a tent and I wasn't in a park, nor did I go to investigate a noise of any sort. It was a sudden trap/ambush attack
Please do the Darlene Maki case from Seattle. It was similar to the Barbara Jepson case in many ways. It took place in 1968 but was only solved a few years ago.

Nowadays they don't. For the highly premeditated assaults on multiple young girls, these days he would typically receive something like 30-50 years.

At 21:57 in 1976, what was there to watch on TV at 3:30 in the morning EST/ EDT? I can’t imagine ANYTHING being on TV, let alone enough to choose from to fight over it. Can anyone shed light on this? All I had to watch on TV at that hour was static or the off-air picture.

My holiday season was a sad one. I lost my oldest so on Dec. 10 at 7:42 AM to an upper respiratory infection and complications of dialysis. He was just 46 years old.

April 16,2021 Mervyn Harmon was actually killed in Oakland, Ca,.....the same night , hours later ,..he drove to Stockton and attempted to murder me. I was.never in a tent and I wasn't in a park, nor did I go to investigate a noise of any sort. It was a sudden trap/ambush attack
