Looks good. I went with the Toyo 215s as well on Vox Montes and love the 15mm offset. What pressure are you running in yours? Factory pressure feels soft @ 33/32. But they max at 44 and that seems like too much.
Nice setup, looks good. I'm actually looking at them same wheels except in the dark bronze. I will be putting on a 2" front, 2.5" rear lift kit from SubieOZ.. whenever it gets here(darn pandemic delay). What year Trek is that? I have a 2016, so I may also have an issue on deciding tire size ( i think later gen has a slightly bigger tire well, not sure) I also will NOT be going with the BFG's. Still trying to decide between the Toyo's, Falken or Cooper's. Hopefully, when lift kit finally gets here and on choices will be easier haha!
Mine is a 2015. I think the newer generation does have a bigger wheel well. A lift would be nice and i may be looking into that myself. I didn't go with the BFG because they are overpriced. I really like these Toyo tires that I got.
@@Subariblet My Mayhems came in today! Unfortunately I couldn't get the Dark Bronze(stock issue due to ugh covid) so I did get the black. Either way, they do look sharp! @@Subariblet I just noticed where you responded to someone else that your car is a 2015. I've read that the 2018+ will take the 225 75 r15 without rubbing. You made the right choice. I'll be getting the 225 75 r15 for my 2022.
@@LukeAMcDowell If I put a 2" lift on the car, I could've used 235 75 15 but don't really want to spend probably a grand to do it. But yes, 2018+ can accommodate a slightly larger tire than what I'm using so I don't blame you
The 225/75's are a half inch taller than the 215/75's and that puts them over 28", which is the recommended cut-off height for gen 1 Crosstreks. That half inch diameter change is just enough to cause more rubbing. It's pretty tight in that front wheel well! So I think the 215's are a wise choice:)

Thank you!!! This helped a lot! I couldn’t find any videos on bigger tires on stock suspension
Glad it helped!
Great setup. Appreciate you taking the time to make a video about this. Hope the UA-cam Algorithm gods bless your video with more views.
Thanks!
Look great.

I’ve been running at 33 and it seems to be fine
Thanks for listing out the specs - what roof rack did you go with?
I went with the Rhino Rack roof cargo basket
Forgot to mention but I do have a video of the roof basket. Just look in my other videos and you will find it
Do you get a comfortable smooth ride? I’m going for a off-road look for my 2023 Limited..
It’s actually a smoother ride now. I was surprised that they ride better than stock.
I’m getting mine on Tuesday. I’m probably putting the same rims and tires on
I still like the Toyo tires that I put on. They have good reviews and are a much better price than BFG's
@@Subariblet do you feel a lose of power from the extra weight? And do you have the cvt or manual? Thank you again
@@adancarrillo9472 I haven’t noticed any loss of power. In fact, I also feel like the ride is smoother.
@@adancarrillo9472 forgot to mention but I have the CVT
Long term experience? I am thinking on getting them!
Thanks for the video
I'm still very happy with them. No regrets.
How is the accelerate compare to stock?
I did not notice any difference

why did you go with narrower than stock tire size? Those Toyos come in 225 75 r15.
I read a lot of forums and watched a lot of videos and the consensus was that you need to use this size to prevent rubbing

Any rubbing on sharp turns?
No
so these don't rub at all I'm so stuck on tire size because I've read of people haven't rubbing issues with the 215/75r15 is this a base crosstrek?
This is a regular Crosstrek with no lift. Everything is stock and it does not rub. I've read the 235 will rub which is why I went with the 215.
Nice wheels! Just got my wife the same one for her 21 crosstrek
Thanks. I'm still very happy with them.
These wheels will look good on my BMW X3.
nice set up! does it need a hubcentric rings and aftermarket lug bolts?
I did not need hubcentric rings but I did need aftermarket lug bolts
