Nope on the workstation. I have been cooking for over 40 years and have no desire for that monstrosity. We are about to remodel and I want a large deep sink. The workstation limits your actual sink for use. Where do you place your pots etc while you are still prepping. Just a gimmick, sorry.

There is a limit to how practical a workstation sink is. If you buy one, you will soon learn that doing everything over the sink doesn't work as planned, that the various movements you need to make would be better carried out on the counter. Just think about trying to use the cutting board where your hand can't move freely because the board is inset downward and your hand and knife are hitting the edge of the sink. On the other hand, a roller mat set into workstation sink gives you a second level over the sink to use for other purposes like drying items.

Those workstation sinks are super productive, got me feeling like I could cook a full course meal with one of those things!
