If you just made the channel into basically a buffet of content, being FFAA playthroughs, content about bikes, leatherworking, etc., I envision that being something a wider audience could enjoy, as if you wouldn't already have plenty of support from fans of the music! Just do you, man.
This would be sick but unfortunately UA-cam would have a hard time deciding who to suggest the videos to. I read a book recently about the algorithm and how it pushes content, having scattered categories is a no bueno. But I definitely plan on making other channels with my bike stuff and leather stuff.
@@IamTimHowley That's true, I didn't even consider that fact. Well, no matter what you decide to do with this channel, or any future channels you start up, I'll be subscribing to them, and looking forward to what you put up! 👍
I feel like it would be absolutely great to put up stuff on guitars, motorcycles, leatherworking. Some tips and tricks about those sorts of things. The things you enjoy will bring forth a larger variety of an audience, that's for sure. If you wanna cater a little to the fans of the band you're in, ffaa, maybe you can share stories about what it's like being a touring musician how it feels to be on tour, all the cool stuff and the not so cool stuff that no one really gets to see or hear about you know? If you don't wanna go that route, then that's fine too. You can focus all on the things you enjoy to build an audience you enjoy. Have fun Tim!
Hey Tim. Super cool to see you doing a channel. To comment on your interest in seeing what people would like to see. It’d be cool to see a hodgepodge of content. I thought it was be cool to see some videos of you jamming, FFAA songs or just casual warming up and playing. Maybe some videos of tips on how to play and improve on some difficult guitar licks. Some videos on motorcycles, motor types, building cool bikes and your takes. Some videos on basic leather projects. Like a cool belt or wallet or something. Nice to see you dude.
FFAA riff/solo lessons would be totally sick, maybe even non-FFAA music you've been into lately? Gear stuff always welcome too. See you in Toronto soon!
Tim, man great intro vid! We met IRL by chance as we were stuck in line together at that massive Airport fup in Newark! I hope you got your gear and the touring is going well! I’ll subscribe, always love musician content.
Super pumped for your channel! I’m into heavy music, photography and have recently started learning the guitar so I’d definitely love to see your practice routine. Thanks for doing this Tim you da man! 🤘🏼
I’d like to see you merge your motorcycle and music together somehow. No one is really doing it except for James Root maybe? Maybe interview or talk to other musicians who are also big into motorcycles. That would be super rad.
Guitar play throughs, gear reviews/demos, gear stuff, maybe lessons on FFAA tunes? Possibly even guitar mod videos… whenever you switch pickups should do comparisons of before and after and film the process
With guitar vids, I think a lot of people would love to see some lessons of not just FFAA songs but also etudes/exercises that you work/worked on to get where you are today and develop your own personal style. I know a lot of guitarists around the intermediate/early advanced stages that feel lost because they’re not picking up anything new (including myself) and I feel a lot of people would appreciate that. Plus anything like the video you post every year playing ‘Christmas time is here’ that isn’t just Metal would definitely be a massive treat.
Hey dude, glad you have your own channel, stoked to see what's coming! Gear related stuff, your pedal board and live setup as you mentioned, playthroughs and things like that are always fun to watch. And yeah, your guitarpics are awesome so love to hear more about that as well. Looking forward to follow along for the ride! Have an awesome time touring as well! Hope to catch you in Stockholm! Cheers! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Hell yeah!! Thanks for doing this! Stoked to see anything you share, but def curious about your warmup / practice routines and how you keep up them sick chops!
Guitar tone, gear.. maybe some riff breakdowns of your fav ffaa riffs? Edit: I am also curios about your practice routine since my goal is to be able to play songs like Backbone or Two towers. You know, gallops.
Man id be down for anything really. For me personally, id like to see some behind the scenes type of footage, like life on tour, warm up routines etc. But ill be happy to check out whatever you upload, will miss the streams dude. Hopefully see you soon \m/
Can't wait to hear back from you bro. Tour life sounds brutal so do what you can when you can and we will soak it up. Keep up the awesome work and being the inspiration that you have been to make me a better guitarist. Fit has impacted my life in so many positive ways and I hope this gets to you guys some day.
As someone who is all about the sound of FFAA, I would love to see a video about dialing in an amp, similar to what misha did with sweetwater a few years ago.
Tim! Hi Tim! I love your idea of taking video of guitar playthrough! I don't know a thing about video photography and all my guitar videos look horrible! So tips and tricks that you might use would be awesome content.
vlogging behind the scenes stuff on fit tours would be cool. recording rehearsals, sound check, a couple clips from the live set. that kind of stuff is cool to see.
Would love a pedalboard video personally, I'm constantly messing with my board. Would love to hear what your favorite go to pedals are or maybe some under-rated or lesser known pedals you have in your arsenal. But as a gearhead, I love any and all gear related videos. But I also have caught the photo/video bug again recently, saw you post about your new camera and would love to see what you can do with that. Stoked to see what you got for us dude!
WhTever you put out will be worth watching. You’re most definitely one of the good dudes out there who appreciates the world around him and where he is. Hope your channel does well for you mate. I’ve Subbed!! Cheers! 🇦🇺🇯🇵🤘🎥 By the way, if you ever need any editing advice you know where to find me, especially if you’re using Final Cut Pro.
When doing a guitar lesson, can you give us some insight to the timing on A Higher Level of Hate’s intro? I can’t seem to figure out the time signature(s)
Hey Tim, it's Luke over on Twitch. Would you consider doing a video on your guitar setup? Pedals, interface, software, etc. I'm trying to get into recording and all this stuff is incredibly confusing to me.

I'll definitely be doing all of those things but separating them into a couple channels just to help with the algorithm.
God damnit Tim I love you
miss ya bud!!
Hell yes Subscribed. Welcome to YT i have become a huge FFAA fan over the last few years..
FFAA riff/solo lessons would be totally sick, maybe even non-FFAA music you've been into lately? Gear stuff always welcome too. See you in Toronto soon!
Definitely going to deep dive into my solos and break down the thought process behind writing them

Ahh yes!!! haha unfortunately didn't get my gear back until almost a week later and we were already on tour. Hope all is well!
TIIIIMMMMY! Stuido setup looks great man! Can't wait to see what you pump out!

Thats actually not a bad Idea at all!
Hey Tim was great meeting you at Impericon. I was Dragged Under’s sound engineer 🤘
My man!

Those are all awesome ideas.
Man, I love your work! Keep going!
Keen to see where the channel goes man. Would be cool to see some of your leatherwork on here.
Just due to algorithm stuff, I’d probably hit a separate channel for that! But it’s definitely coming.
Dude, I’m here for this. Looking forward to the visual goodness you put out on here!
See you Friday in Minneapolis! Looking forward to it!
See you in Toronto next Sunday. And, probably Barrie the following Friday haha
So cool you made a channel Tim! I would love to see all of those 6 strings that don’t get used often.
You got it!
@@IamTimHowley looking forward to it!
More of those Playthroughs!

Everything sounds nice Tim! maybe some touring vlog will be awesome as well, can’t wait for you content!! see you in London with Thy art!
Touring vlogs would be a little hard since id have to do them constantly, but who knows, might happen!
Congrats! Let’s go! 🎉🎉❤❤
Hi Tim :)

Vlog stuff !! gear stuff !! daily life !!! anything !!!
So stoked to see some more videos dude!
I would love to hear about your practice schedule/routine
This is a good one for sure.
As someone who is all about the sound of FFAA, I would love to see a video about dialing in an amp, similar to what misha did with sweetwater a few years ago.
I’ll have to scope that out and see what they cooked up!
I'm envious of that glorious beard. A pedal board video would be great.
let's see a day in the life on tour!
I would love to see how you find or choose tunings on songs. Especially the really odd tunings and the why behind it
This is definitely interesting! Ill pop it down.
Hey Tim welcome to UA-cam! Looking forward to seeing a bunch of awesome things on this channel!

How about a god damned tour of my office with all the cool historical pieces? Let’s make it happen.

Hell Yes! Definitely in the works.
When doing a guitar lesson, can you give us some insight to the timing on A Higher Level of Hate’s intro? I can’t seem to figure out the time signature(s)
Honestly, I have no idea what it is. But I can definitely make a video on explaining it!
Guitars and motorcycles is my vote
Hey handsome!
Hey Tim, it's Luke over on Twitch. Would you consider doing a video on your guitar setup? Pedals, interface, software, etc.
I'm trying to get into recording and all this stuff is incredibly confusing to me.
That would be a solid one!
Lessons and your opinions/influences on modern and old school music would be sick.
On it! There's definitely some videos in the works for that for sure!
tour Van Karaoke!
Yurrrrrrrrrr
Has anyone in Fit For An Autopsy considered recording the live shows like Matt Heafy does on his Twitch?
So we’ve talked about it, but currently hold off on it. Eventually maybe? But for now ya gotta come out to a gig!
What about a video about how old is to old to start playing guitar 😂
Lmfao never too old!
Hellyeah!
Could you please make a video on how to record guitar covers ?
Definitely can. I don't do many covers, but I can show off my whole process of recording, filming, and editing me playing over recorded music.
@@IamTimHowley Thank You! Much appreciated!
