    The rich are money minded. That is one thing I learnt from the start. I have always wanted to build wealth. I have set out $80k that I had been saving since 2020, and I want to put it in the stock market so I can grow my wealth. Any recommendations?

    • @glenbert1396
      @glenbert1396 Рік тому +1

      It's really good that you do this. I know many people who have made a lot of money from the stock market. If you want to become a pro, however, you must spend a lot of time studying the market or hire an investment advisor who really knows what they are doing.

      In fact, people underestimate how much they can make in the stock market. Started investing $60,000 in REITs and dividend-paying stocks just before the pandemic hit. A lot of people's portfolios went haywire, but I persevered with my financial advisor and even made more than $86,000 within just five months of starting and it's been a blast ever since.

      The thing is, I really don't like giving such recommendations. Conduct your due diligence. I have been working with "LISA ELLEN SHAW" for about four years now and she has had decent returns. If it is at your discretion, you can proceed

    I have Capitol One yield savings and American Express yield savings. It's nice to see how much interest you're getting on your money on a monthly basis compared to having it sitting in a traditional savings account where you get nothing.

    I'm a Captial One member for 10+ years. Check your current savings interest .30%!! The reason I say check is because the new term of savings is called "Performance Savings" at 3.40%! It's not an automatic change over. If you have the .30%. First open the new Performance and then transfer the funds too the new acct. If you have multiple accts repeat the steps for each acct. Now let growth begin of more %!!
    Also, if you have a checking acct no fees for foreign purchases or surcharges transactions on your travels. Yet, call the Customer Service too let them know your traveling before said trip. I hope this extra is helpful because I LOVE this channel of A/O info!!!! Thnx my Brother and keep up the great work!! 👊

    I did some additional research and came across CIT Bank which has a savings account option up to 5.0APY. What I saw is that it's a long term savings option that could go towards a house. Like most of the banks mentioned, no maintenance fees and a FDIC member. I'm intersted in CIT because I'm trying to save to buy a home. What I also learned is that CIT is a branch of First Citizens Bank, which acquired SVB. Is that something I should be concerned about if I decide to go with CIT?

    • @acesmooth8292
      @acesmooth8292 Рік тому +1

      No really... SVB stored their money in bonds. FCB basically just took over all their assets including the bonds for dirt cheap. Now when rates go down in the value of bonds increase FCB would have made 100+ billions off of a minor cost to take control. UBS did the same with credit Suisse.

    Good information, I currently get 5.15% and I love it. I noticed everytime the feds raise the interest rate, the high yield savings accounts are competing. I only deal with fdic and no fees. I had Capitol one got a thousand dollar bonus but 5.15% made me jump after I received the bonus. If you got some money you can make some money. Enjoyed your video and let's get independent.

    Ive been on line banking since ING direct years, but not with them. The last straw was seeing the cents I was receiving on my 17k at a brick and mortar bank. Ive been with marcus/goldman sachs for years and i recently closed my miscellaneous capital one account and reopened another savings paying 3% interest.
