प्रणाम, क्या जैन धर्म में स्त्रियों का कोई महत्व नहीं है ? यदि है तो कैसे ? कई लोगों के मन में यह विषय सतत चलता ही रहता है ! और इस विषय के चलते कई ऐसी आत्माएं है जो धर्म से नहीं जुड़ पाती, और शायद जैन धर्म को गलत समझ बैठते हैं ! यह विषय बहुत ही संवेदनशील है लेकिन आज नहीं तो कल इस विषय पर चर्चा करनी ही होगी ! यदि नहीं करेंगे तो एक बहुत बड़ा वर्ग जैन धर्म से विमुख हो जाएगा ! यदि आप भी ऐसा सोचते हैं कि जैन धर्म में तो स्त्रियों को कोई महत्वता नहीं दी गई है तो मध्यस्थ भाव रखकर यह पूरी प्रस्तुति शांति से एक बार देखिए, जैन धर्म अनेकांतवाद पर चलता है इसलिए ज़रूरी नहीं है कि इस प्रस्तुति में दिखाई गई बातें ही सत्य है इसलिए इस विषय पर चर्चा हो सकती है, लेकिन यदि चर्चा ही नहीं करेंगे तो शायद आने वाले भविष्य में बहुत बड़ा नुक्सान का सामना हम सभी को करना पड़ेगा ! जैन धर्म में स्त्रियों का क्या महत्व है ? जैन धर्म में स्त्रियों का क्या रोल है ? जैन धर्म अनुसार स्त्रियों को क्या स्थान दिया गया है ? ये सारे सवालों के जवाब आप कल्याण मित्रों के साथ शेयर करने का एक छोटा सा प्रयास !

Even I have observed at my level many females are more capable than males.... Capabilities are subject to skills and IQ ... Same question from me also...who will decide whose more capable... I hv seen many womens(especially lower class) runs their houses economically by working outside and inside house and feeding their family including husband , children's..

It is not fair to compare women to gold items. Women are human beings with a Soul, just like men. And, women deserve *EQUAL Opportunities and EQUAL Freedoms just as men !!* Except for going to bathrooms / toilets, there should be no other places / areas, where men and women should be seen or treated differently. Women also have *every right:* to dress the way they want, to go to night parties, sing & dance to nice music in order to release their stress off, and last but not the least, women have COMPLETE RIGHTS to do whatever professions/jobs and careers they want to do in their life, *including professions such as: Acting, Singing, TV Anchoring, & Modelling !*

The fact of the matter is, *men cannot dictate women or tell women what to do, and what not to do.* Whatever women want to do in their life, *it is 100% their CHOICE,* as long as they don't break the law of the country they are living in !! A woman's duty is not just to give birth to a child, and, maintain the house. A woman has every right to do a job in office, and even move ahead with her career, such as: dancing, singing, modelling, acting in movies etc.. and any religion which doesn't understand this fact about a woman's freedom, is a NOT a true religion. JAINISM is a True Religion, but, many Jains are bogus Jains who misinterpret Jainism. This girl in this video is *"partially a fraud Jain"* and we should not believe her completely, except for a few things. *JAI JINENDRA* 🙏

Is it really written that PERIODS IS IMPURE!? why we are not allowed to touch anyone during that period?

I agree with so many points but the few things you said like there are different responsibilities given to men and women as per thei capabilities. However there are now just few tasks left which a women can't do. Women were always warriors and administrators. Rani Chandravati and Abbaka Chowta are one of those Jain Ranis who are known for their valour. I am a Jain and I am proud of it. However I think with time few things should be changed.
Agreed... Capabilities are subject to skills and IQ... We can't say all mens have same capabilities or all women's have same capabilities...

शास्त्रों के अनुसार कोई स्त्री यदि कही बैठी है तो पुरुष साधू को वहां 48 मिनिट तक नहीं बैठना चाहिए। कृपया स्पष्ट कीजिये।
