I think just make miracle dice not usable for damage. Auto 6s on melta is rough but still keeps the sisters flavor of consistency

When discussing IA play rates I think it should be noted that there's a substantial hobby lag from a new army and I would expect to see a few more players over the next couple of months. (Looking at 40 arbites on my painting table)
Definitely, nobody really had 60 arbites hanging around waiting to be played.

I assume this take will go over like a lead balloon with Eldar and sisters players, but the solution to miracle and date dice is to not have them. Inna random chance game you simply should not have the ability to get around chance. Give them rerolls or something, not known values.
Sisters player here: For a 10th edition update that might be dificult to find something that feels flavourfull and works, but im 100% onboard to redo army rule for 11th
Go back to faith points from 3rd ed witch hunters. You get faith points, and can use them to do cool shit. When your stuff dies, you get more faith points.
I can't imagine a worse way to ruin the flavor of sisters than to remove Miracle dice. Nerf them by all means (remove Kathy's 6's. remove fishing, remove the "get back" effects like Morvenn's) the alternative is we become so elite that it is a different kind of not fun, but don't remove them. Rerolls are not the same and they are boring.
