A pangolin baby was found in the wild while some stray dogs were barking at her on 10/29 last year. The zoo vet gave her a full inspection, she was 110g, a few days old, eyes are still closed. Empowered with rich experience of handraise baby pangolins, the pangolin team handpicked everything for this poor girl including the right formulas, suitable bottle and nipple, a box she can sleep in. The baby girl works very well with the pangolin team, they feed her, give her patting, massage her tummy and warm bathe her, her weights came up to 156g. With her growth, they give her solid food -- formicary, she loves it that much to take it home. They also give her some survival skill training. Hopefully she will make it through and have a happy life after!
@@marcelaantonieta2736 I know you have issues that Taipei Zoo does not provide English translation, I knew you do care. I also subscribe to many zoos that do not provide English translation even though I fully think Germany and the Netherlands have much more people who can speak English very well. I still have to ask their viewers to provide me English, then I add Chinese underneath. I am doing this for those animals lovers, not for the zoo. As long as they take good care of the animals, helping their viewers to understand either in English or in Chinese is the best I can do to for them to get viewers' feedbacks.
