I cant get over how delicious and easy this is ! tempted to throw a few prawns in next time (and cut the spring onion into smaller lengths). I used Udon noodles and the spring onion came out sweet// surprised the hell out of me ! THIS is now going to be a staple

What is the difference between dark and light soy sauce and why do I need both?
Light for taste.dark for colour, light soy is more salty

Salt???? Salt for what?? It has a lot of soy sauce and oyster sauce, those make it salty enough.😅
