As Mark continues his rapid fire of the life and compassion of the Lord Jesus, it's so easy to get caught up in the drama of miracles and miss the fact that Jesus is always looking for a personal relationship with His creation! Despite His constant narrative of offering that, it seems people were more impressed with the temporary healing of people that would go on to die physically than they were their eternal destiny! How sad! Thank the Lord it doesn't have to be like that as we've seen.
