Between Red Leicester & Edam. Both cheeses just hit the best nutty, smokey & peak-cheese kinda notes everytime I'm making my Chicken Parm Subs or Mac'N'Cheese.
Blue Cheese was my favourite until I found out excessively eating it will affect the way you dream & think so I was like ".....yyyyyeah, no." 😂
Cheese made from farmers that respect the animals by letting them on pasture and don't feed them GMO. In Italy it's hard to live without parmesan.
